lets put it this way, i have the fan scans/translations of Kodansha's re-release version of Sailor Moon.

The manga is almost as long as the original tokyo pop releases. They took a few short stories or or something but they compiled the rest into 12 volumes instead of 18 so the actual books are thicker then tokyo pop's books. It's pretty much all there except the side stories like Luna's Love (Sailor Moon S the Movie was made from this side story)
