her dissapointment means i have to listen to him talk about how she is a poor old woman. i already have to deal with strong pain from numerous issues with my body because she does not like the chill, i have to cook without her because she only likes a tiny handful of foods, i already cannot call her out when she treats me like crud and i already have to accept that she gets to dictate the entirety of how MY house has to be to suit her desires, i cannot even have a craftroom or my plants because she wants to take the big room and my option is to cram it into a rom a third of the size(and way smaller than the overstuffed room i had before) or go upstairs even though i have a hard time walking without falling, cannot regulate my heartbeat AND am rather afraid of the creepy short doors all over it

i get that i am the least valuable member in the house and my feelings only matter when they don't affect her but this is bullshit, like fuck. i had to be guilted into doing xmas and now i cannot even have the only xmas gift i am interested in because she wants me to be at her beck and call for 'just in case'

actually there is some good news. she complained to him about it and he decided that because it is his house and she is not even here then my friend can come over and she will have to deal with it. it's actually only the second time he's stood against her in the five years i have known him but i am super grateful all the same. it's both weird and consoling

i have no idea what the fallout of this will be though, this is not a violent/aggressive family but one that simmers for years quietly

I don't drink because it's illegal--nevermind, I just don't drink. Minors do it all the time despite it being illegal.

@Pot: I used to drink a lot, especially when my mother died, now I have maybe a glass of wine or a beer every week or so. I don't eat pizza often but when I do it has to be chased with beer! (as do nachos!) and good for you don't drink as a minor or get into the habit of drinking to get drunk. I know I did and it was a huge mistake in my life.

Dominoes is so good, but unfortunately they don't deliver where I live :(

I really prefer NY style pizza and we have a place that makes it, but it requires a car and its a lot further than Dominoes. I even don't mind a frozen pizza, I like the Tombstone 5 cheese, and I add garlic and pepperoni! So delicious, but I try not to eat it too much.

I . . . I was convinced when I turned 21 that I couldn't get drunk. I didn't and still don't like the taste though so my friends took me out on a bunch of binges to see what kinds of booze I could tolerate. (midori sours and khalua fyi is about it)

But when I graduated college I discovered. . . red bull vodkas at a graduation bar celebration thing the other writing majors took me too. I got black out drunk, throwing up on myself and the car and into the bathtub, unable to walk, and apparently I laid on the bed and talked about dr who for 3 hours - although I remember none of that. Ever since I have zero tolerance for alcohol and I can have maybe like 1 beer and I am already bordering drunk.

So there is just no point D:
