I still like power rangers.. and the original show Super Sentai.. and i like Kamen Rider as well o3o, but I was pretty young when I got into Power Rangers.. I woulda gotten into them when I was 2 if my foster parents woulda let me watch them xD 'too violent, watch lion king instead' so I had to wait till mom got me back to get into power rangers x'D

So glad now that I never got put into a foster home. x'D

It is pretty lame. Black has some weird stigma to it that makes it "evil". It's one of the most versatile colors for fashion. Slimming, matches anything, accents any other color, and so much more.

I just hate how people stereotype the color. =(

There's always going to be one unfortunately. I usually wear all black because it's simple and I don't have to rifle through clothes for a half hour to choose what to wear. The worst part is I only have one jacket, a trench coat. Wearing all black turns heads, a trench coat gets you stopped on the street around here.

Black is often used in art to invoke mystery and fear in art...mainly because black is how we see (or the lack of being able to see) darkness, and what most people can't see or understand is terrifying to them. Artists and writers took advantage of that to make villains and monsters. As villains/monsters become more human, such things become their symbols/tropes...and when people mistake fictional tropes for reality...their stereotypes.

That said, extreme light can be worse - it blinds you and damages your ability to see.

(This has nothing to do with fashion, but with human stereotyping. Uncle Tom from a book nowadays hated for its racist stereotypes, was based on autobiographies of escaped slaves. Maybe a bit of a ramble but it all pertains to the subject, a lot more insightful than what I had said.

Well, that's why I follow an tumblr kind of called 'Repair her armor' and it takes pictures of women in games, comics, and other things and makes them more 'realistic' with their armor. Some of the stuff on there is pretty cool to be completely honest. XD

Damn, you caught me. =P I don't think I'm too short (5'8") but mine goes pretty far down too. Either that or my friends are normal height and I'm just a shorty.

And if you ever get that coat I'll make sure to dress up as Watson and help out.

lol, probably. XD But that's only if China didn't stop their advances in claiming parts of Africa along the coast. China had at one point before any of the other countries started making colonies along the coast and the only reason they stopped was because the Emperor who had ordered it died and the guy that took over didn't want to do that and ordered them to come back. They almost made it to the peninsula of Africa too, which means they had the potential to actually take over the world then, and I think at that time (I can't remember the exact year) was before Neapolitan was born. x'D

Well aren't you just the history buff. =P I try to make one joke and suddenly I feel like I've learned something. This is already more educational than school.

Actually, I'm not really into history, just found it amusing how we all almost became Chinese. XD

Also, forgot to mention I got to tease a friend on Skype. XD Her boyfriend said something to her, but since their native language is Dutch I didn't understand what he said to her, and when I asked she told me he was getting in the shower. My response to that was 'and you're not going to join him?' XD She turned as red as a beet! XD And the Dutch are supposed to be pervy! XD

That's priceless. All of my friends do things like that so often it doesn't bring out reactions anymore. Nice to hear it can still make others feel awkward. I didn't know the pervy part though. Is that really a dutch trait?

lol, Yeah, she's always talking pervy things with me and there's a video some female dutch singers did that involves a 'toy' and trying to sing while said toy is in their possession. XD None of them could sing one entire song, and only one of them could sing just not very well. XD

lol, the only person taller than me that I know of is my dad, brother, uncle and maybe one of my aunts. The rest are my height or shorter. x'D

I'm actually the shortest in my family besides my mom. Even she's 5'5". I always thought that was actually on the shorter side of the spectrum.

I had an aunt that was 4'11" or something like that on my real mom's side. X3
