I twisted it yesterday really badly apparently. D: And I haven't allowed it to rest in the least bit. x-x I've been doing nothing but walking, climbing, driving, and running. |
Damn.... you should have at least iced it and rested a bit.. -_- that's terrible

All I did was wrap it in an ace bandage. x-x I had too many plans to rest. |
