Kali nodded, "He'll behave..or he'll get swatted.." she followed them out, Solomon trotting along beside her. "A-and if he does, I'll pay to fix them for you...but he should behave, he likes car rides."

"Don't worry about it Kali. Anyway the Audi is staying here. My Ferrari should still be at my hanger." Zac said as he made it to the car. "Let me put your bags in my trunk." He said as he grabbed Kali's and Jasmin's bags. He put them in the trunk, he got into the car. He called the pilot to tell him to start warming up the plane. "You two ready?" He asked as he headed to the airport.

Jasmine laughed. "Ferrari? Ah, so cruel, he taunts us with his wealth." She said in a teasing voice. "I'm ready." She said simply as they rode in the car. She was as ready as she ever would be, that was for sure, but somehow she still thought she would miss here now old home.

Kali climbed into the back holding Solomon in her lap, "You have..a..Ferrari? What model?" She leaned forward slightly as he drove, intrigued. "I've always wanted a Jaguar XK 140 myself..I'm more the Collector car person. I like the older styles." She frowned as Solomon let out his oddly wild roar at Zac. She flicked his ear, "Knock it off..I told you he's on our side you stupid cat." The cat let out a groan, then a hiss, then just sat there seething.

"Sorry." Zac said with a smile. "It is a Ferrari California." He said with a smile. "I know a collector in England that I can talk to for you. It would be my treat. What is you favorite car Jasmine?" He asked as he entered the hanger bay. "There is my plane." He said pointing to the only plane out of the hangers. He pulled his car into the mini-garage and got out.

Jasmine smiled at the question. She most certainly did not know that many cars. They had never been her forte. "Uuuuuh...." She began, biting her lip slightly. "A Punch Buggy, or voltswagon, whatever you want to call it. It's adorable."

Kali laughed as Jasmine answered his question, "Oh, that's funny.." She followed Zac and got out, letting Solomon jump from her lap first. "Y-you're cousin won't bother us there..will he? I mean..he's probably really mad for what I did.." She looked away slightly, not looking forward to meeting with Adam again.

"That asshole has been bothering me my whole life. He is just jealous that I got everything and he got nothing." Zac said as he grabbed the bags out of the car. "To tell you the truth I really didn't want to be clan leader. But since I killed my grandmother, and brothers killers, I got the job." He said as he rolled his eyes. "They weren't that hard to kill. I mean at that time I was on human blood but semantics." Zac said as he brought their luggage on the plane.

Jasmine raised an eyebrow as Zac spoke of his cousin. She interested in how their rivalry had spawned and why they had such different views. She was particularly curious about Adam's behavior, surely jealously was not his only motivation. It was an interesting line of thought, but she stopped it in it's tracks. She had always been far to interested in the motivations behind people actions. "What did you do?" Jasmine asked Kali as they walked. It seemed like there was something she was missing from the situation.

Kali tensed as she followed Zac, Solomon walking rather cutely and proudly beside her, "He uh..showed up at my apartment; not sure why, and I grabbed a knife and stabbed him.." True enough, without letting on that it was more intentional than her tone suggested. "Zac showed up soon after..."

"I didn't have to do much work. Even though he severed a few of my nerves." Zac said cracking his neck. He reached the plane, "Sit where ever you want." He said ushering them in.

Jasmine whistled appreciatively. "Wow, you must be pretty good with knives. I can slice up a carrot with one, that's about it." She said with a smile, not finding anything really strange about Kali story, after all, the girl had a right to secrets if she so chose.
She boarded the plane and chose a seat next to a window, situated around the middle of the plane. She glanced out the window, excited to see the sights that would pass beneath them. |
Kali picked a seat away from the two, tying up Solomon's leash so she wouldn't have to hold on to it. "Not particularly, I suppose he just wasn't expecting me to react that way." She shrugged as she sat down, letting out a grunt as Solomon jumped into her lap; purring and curling up to take a nap.

Zac smiled as he sat down a few seats ahead of Jasmine. "By the way, take a nap if you wish, it is an eight hour flight." He said hearing Barnaby squeak. "You know Mike wouldn't of forgotten to get you some fruit. If you want some you have to go and get it." Zac said as the plane started to take off.

Jasmine smiled and settled back in her chair, thinking she might take him up on the nap idea. She closed her eyes, letting herself fall into a sort of half-asleep phase where she was still aware of everything around her, but nothing really seemed important enough to move for.

Kali shrugged, "I don't think I'll be able to sleep.." She hated flying. Absolutely hated it. She hated planes, boats, trains, and the likes. She shuddered slightly, keeping her back to the window beside her and her eyes away from the windows on the other side of the cabin. She was not really afraid of heights so to say, but in a plane you were miles above the ground and not to mention, soon the ocean. She pet Solomon, a bit roughly, to help relieve some of her anxiety.
