*nods* Yeah, running a party is hard work. I hosted a party on campus with the Student Government, and I had to leave in the middle of the party to avoid having a panic attack. I'm just glad I had a bunch of people volunteer to help clean up after it was over.

Indeed, hosting parties is more work than it looks. The first year I hosted my birthday tea party I was nearly run off my feet. Manning several tea pots so the tea doesn't get bitter, defending the more precious leaves from overzealous drinkers, seeing to the guest requests, and overall keeping the place clean while being obligingly social is probably equivalent to a day spent at the gym. Immediately following said party I profusely thanked my sister in law for all the great many parties she has hosted over the years.

Yeah, the lantern thing can get frustrating. I do find that if I post a time or two in between clicking on the squares, I usually stay ahead. Just look for threads to post in while you're on, or start a thread of your own if you can't find any topics you are interested in.

I haven't played any of the Neverwinter games. I'm mostly a Baldur's Gate/Icewind Dale person. Alas! My copy of Icewind Dale stopped working with windows 7. I'm still sour over losing my game saves to a virus when I was half way through. That seems to happen to the bulk of my game saves. I spend way too much time dawdling and mucking around than attempting to finish the actual quest lines.

Hmm...I will try Baldur's Gate when I get the chance (A NWN mod remake of Icewind Dale discouraged me from that game)
I am with you on the Windows 7 - my game is now bugged (can't go beyond one event)

I've heard IWD2 is much better but I've never played it. I played the intro to IWD so many times I don't think I could bear to do it again without much groaning and eye-rolling. I also had a kick-ass necromancer that I've been trying in vain to recreate. Le sigh, 'n such.
