I've been typing up a lot of big posts and editing them lately, but I haven't posted very many. I just need more threads to talk in, I suppose. My snowflake growth had slowed down to crawl. :/

Well in average i find it more efficient to aim for two half lines to two full lines of text per post to gain the most aurum per letter. Not sure about it but it has worked at least. I do write more when i have more to write but its a goal to aim for when i have little to sat

I never really thought about how much I have to say per post. I tend to just say what I find is relevant, no matter the length. Way to be, for actually figuring out a system though. That's pretty clever!

Well you tend to get between 30-40 aurum, a bit below if you post just 2-3 words or so.
With 2 half-lines of text you usually get around 36 aurum.
And even if you make a post containing many lines of text the you usually only get a around 40-50 aurum. Well not that many lines but much more than what is needed for 30-38 aurum, you understand what im getting at. i hope?

I'm not exactly concerned with how much I'm making in aurum/snowflakes. More that I'm lamenting that outside of my remiX thread, I haven't been as active, lately. Although, I've been getting 56.63 aurum on my last few posts there :P

Well maybe it isnt on a curve and there is just a base amount plus an amount added for post content that isnt curved? I havent done any math.

You would have to ask Coda, he did the grant system but I think it locks up around 70 au for really long posts.

I don't know a ton about it, just that it's loosely based on character count and fairly heavily curved. It's tough but possible to break 50, and I think my highest post was 60ish. But yeah, I'm much more concerned with the actual chatting rather than min-maxing my aurum count.
