I'm... fine. My relationship went down the drain because the fellow started treating me horribly, not talking to me, so I excused myself. I'm really doing well, though.

I'm so envious of your sea shells and rocks.

Moonshadow 03-05-2017 10:13 PM

Sounds like you got out just in time. People can be dicks so its important to move on right away, just like you did. You doserve to be treated with respect and love.

I love all my shells and rocks I do believe they have energy, and are beautiful, so how can you go wrong decorating/having them all over your house.

Lavender le Fay 03-07-2017 02:20 AM

I'm naive. I have honest, decent intentions, and think that people who want to get close to me have the same. I'm still in love with him, as silly as that is, so I'm processing that. I think he was merely lonely, and wanted some attention. Oh well, I'll be over it soon.

I have a little shelf with a few things I've made, shells, rocks. A nice eclectic blend of things that move me. I just noticed I enjoy being in my room... I somehow amassed a lot of pretty things.

Moonshadow 03-07-2017 11:22 PM

I know the feeling, I am the same way. I have learned finally not to be taken advantage of.

I love little altars like that, just things in a group that make you feel good to look at them. I really need to redo a lot of my altars.

I have some extra items that I get playing the crane game, would you like them. If you like I can send them to you as I get them. Let me know. Some of the items are really nice.

Lavender le Fay 03-08-2017 02:37 AM

I luckily know how to recognise that quickly, however, and know how to handle it.

I've made a few of them in my room with various themes, all representing things I love. There's one made of Halloween decorations, Christmas ornaments that fit my tastes, a vintage tea tin, and some candle holders I made.

I don't know what those items are, actually.

McSwiggins 03-08-2017 05:48 AM

Hello. :) I missed you Moonshadow. How are you?

Miss Sandman 03-08-2017 07:11 AM

moons avi really is gorgeus!!!!

McSwiggins 03-08-2017 07:13 AM

I like it as well.

I will send you some, if you don't want them just send them back.
Those altars sound so awesome. I have a fascination with angels and Ganesha!
I also have the most beautiful ancestor altar. It quieted my "abuelita" down once I made it.

Moonshadow 03-08-2017 11:41 PM

Shamus and Sandy: thank you for the compliment. I love the avis and the items on this site. They work so hard to bring us such beautiful items.

Shamus I have missed you too <3 I am glad you checked in on me, I tried going to Caedon but I just don't like it, this is a happier place for me and everyone is so friendly.

Lavender le Fay 03-09-2017 01:48 AM

Thank you, Moonshadow. I really like what you sent me, but I'll look into what I don't like and send it back.

Moonshadow 03-09-2017 11:25 PM

I'm glad you like some of the stuff. There is absolutely no rush on sending the stuff back.

Moonshadow 03-13-2017 11:16 PM

Lav: I sent you a few more items I thought you might use. I will try to get you more backgrounds.

Lavender le Fay 03-14-2017 05:51 PM

Aw, thanks. I didn't even notice you sent more.

Moonshadow 03-14-2017 10:52 PM

How are you doing lately? Its been pretty windy lately so I haven't been able to go to the beach. I'm coming back here in April, maybe the ocean water will be warm enough for me to go in. I have a lot of respect for the ocean! hahaha

Lavender le Fay 03-15-2017 01:17 AM

I'm having a bit of a tough time processing my failed attempt at a relationship. Though otherwise, I'm doing well.

I love the ocean. I'm also terrified of it.

Moonshadow 03-15-2017 10:09 PM

WE have so much in common! At least we feel the same way about things.
Don't process too much, the guy sounds like he was a dick.
Some guys just get all into you and can't get enough, sometimes for a week, then they just get strange. I prefer to have a relationship develop VERY slowly.I don't give much of myself for at least 6 months. I'm not spending myself on a guy that is flighty and trifling.

Lavender le Fay 03-21-2017 04:28 PM

I should learn to do that. It sounds a lot better than what I do.

To be fair, I'm enjoying myself now. I had a nice day at the beach and by this river I really loved to go to. I collected some shells and a piece of jaw bone that's been eroded by the sea.

Moonshadow 03-21-2017 09:34 PM

I'm glad you are having a great time now. Your day sounds perfect, its my kind of day. I love to go shelling and find weird things on the beach. I usually don't walk very far tho, so most of the stuff is pretty picked over but I am patient and take close look at the seashore. I love taking pics of seagulls and nature and birds.

Lavender le Fay 03-24-2017 12:47 PM

I have so many beaches around me, and nobody goes there during winter, so you have a nice, little treasure trove on them. I need to take more pictures, actually.

Moonshadow 03-24-2017 09:02 PM

I take lots of nature pics, I usually use my iPhone 6 but sometimes I use my digital SLR. I will be going back to Florida in April so I am looking forward to taking pictures then.

It snow ALL DAY! today. I was out during the day doing chores, but I had plans to have dinner with friends but just as I was about to leave, we started getting freezing rain so I just stayed home.

- rolls into the thread -

Hey everyone~

Moonshadow 03-25-2017 10:22 AM

Neirra, sorry I missed you I went to sleep at 10;30 last night! A full day of snow and gray skies made me very tired. Please visit again.

Lavender le Fay 03-25-2017 11:50 AM

I think winter is so boring here because there's no snow. It's all rain and gray here. I'm really enjoying my phone, though, because I have a camera with me at all times, instead of having to carry a separate piece of technology, which I'd most often forget to bring.

McSwiggins 03-25-2017 06:47 PM

Hello

Moonshadow 03-25-2017 10:39 PM

@ Lav: Yeah I like just having my phone, I barely take my big camera out with me, but seriously, you don't want snow. It becomes very limiting when there is snow on the ground.

Hey Shamus!

McSwiggins 03-26-2017 06:44 PM

Whats up?

Moonshadow 03-27-2017 11:47 PM

Sorry I missed you but yesterday I had a massive migraine, I could not really talk, I tried to log on but I was so miserable, I just logged off and went to bed.
I watched Finding Dory, but I was so miserable.

How is the baby? Still inside I hope :)

I have been using amethyst (and Liquid Advil) and I do feel much better, I just need to stay on top of the pain and not let it get so bad that I am suffering severely.

McSwiggins 03-28-2017 01:12 AM

Oh snap! Well, I am glad you felt better to come on tonight. Sorry I missed you. I went to bed a bit early but the dog woke me up because he had to go out. Now I am awake waiting for the cat to come back. Lol.
Do you get migraines a lot?
Noel is still in the womb thankfully! :D

Moonshadow 03-28-2017 10:07 PM

I am glad Noel is all tidy inside there. He will hang on I am sure.
I started getting ocular migraines last summer, I stopped drinking and they went away. Right now I am getting on the right side of my head, just throbbing pain. I did notice today that it was starting when I got a bit stressed over some chores I had to do and I had to go out and it was miserable and I was hungry and ... on and on. hahaha so I stopped and just did some slow breathing and the pain went away. So I'm thinking they are stress induced? I need to slow down.

McSwiggins 03-28-2017 10:37 PM

Janna amd I just checked our pregnancy tracker, something we do every tuesday. It says she is now 27 weeks and Noel is 2 pounds, the size of cauliflower. :D It also said that if he were to be born now, his lungs would be able to work with help, so hopefully if she does deliver any time after now, he will likely survive.

Oh wow! Well, I'm glad its stress related and not something more serious like a tumor. It is hard to not get stressed with things we have to do throughout the day, trust me, as a dad to 10 and a teacher, I feel like 24 hours is not even close to enough time to make up one day but try to take it slower. I'm glad you have breathing exercises to do when you get overwhelmed. Take care of yourself.

Moonshadow 03-28-2017 11:13 PM

I am so glad of that news. Noel will hang in there I am sure and Jana will make sure of that! hahaha

I just need to stay home more, I have a big house and lots of crafty things I like to do, so that could be a good plan for me. I don't have 10 kids! so...yeah its a plan! hahaha

McSwiggins 03-28-2017 11:37 PM

Thank you! I was relieved when I read it. I think Noel will be alright, either way.

What kinds of crafts do you do? Do you live alone in such a big house? I live in a house with 12 bedrooms and it still feels too crowded with all the little kids running by and cutting me off. Lol

Moonshadow 03-29-2017 12:04 AM

I read, almost every room is set up to plop myself down and read. I spend time reading to find out about things I am interested in. I "study" quantum physics by reading books and watching the science channel. I am now studying about Atlantis, I just read books, take notes like I'm in school and learn about things. I am interested in how civilization migrated to where they migrated to.

I also make jewelry with semi-precious stones. Mostly just for myself although I do sell it sometimes at a local spa which my friend owns.

I do live alone and I like it! hahaha

McSwiggins 03-29-2017 12:12 AM

I like reading to learn to. Right now I am reading a book about Irish History. Quantum physics though? Wow! Impressive.

Moonshadow 03-29-2017 12:25 AM

Its taken me a long to learn 0.01/10th about quantum physics, which I find fascinating. I am also very interested to learn more and more about multiverses, Planet 9, etc etc...so much to learn and so little time!

McSwiggins 03-29-2017 12:28 AM

That stuff is way out of my league. I am into languages, world cultures and history as well as biology/zoology.

Lavender le Fay 03-29-2017 07:28 AM

I... fell into a dark side of YouTube, and watched close to 100 documentaries. Some silly and blatantly dumb, some really interesting that made me wonder. It was mostly all about aliens, ancient cultures and history. It makes you ask yourself "What's is humanity's actual history?"

Moonshadow 03-29-2017 11:11 PM

@Shamus those are good topics too though. World cultures (and the movement of civilization) and history. I am reading a book on Atlantis that is very good, called Atlantis: Insights from a lost civilization by Shirley Andrews.

@Lav seems like you and Shamus are interested in the same thing, as am I. Have you ever watched that show Ancient Aliens on History Channel? I love that show, and I totally believe. I love David Wilcock, he has a lot of videos on youtube.

Humanity's actual history: Read this book.

Lavender le Fay 03-30-2017 08:58 AM

You know what, Moonshadow? One day I'll have money, and you'll spend 1 week recommending me books, and then I'll spend the subsequent week buying them, and the subsequent decade reading them.

I'm pretty sure humans have been around for far longer than is currently believed. I did see Ancient Aliens, and it was truly fascinating. A lot of these YouTube home-made documentaries have a lot of footage from History Channel.
