Lunaryon 06-03-2011 10:57 PM

yeah. So do I... But all the items I want are currently held by peoples...

femme gauche 06-03-2011 11:02 PM

Aw... sorry to hear about that.

Glass Heart 06-03-2011 11:06 PM

sneaks into thread

Lunaryon 06-03-2011 11:07 PM

It's okay... I deal with it... and am still slowly making headway...

femme gauche 06-03-2011 11:08 PM

That's good.

Glass... I like your avatar :o.

Angel Spirit Girl 06-04-2011 05:39 PM

I'm hoping to get a few more of the companion egg items.

Lunaryon 06-04-2011 05:48 PM

I finally got one, actually. It's Lunae's companion, and I really like it.

femme gauche 06-04-2011 06:34 PM

Yay xD. Nice to get them.

Lunaryon 06-04-2011 06:36 PM

But I don't know what to do with it...

femme gauche 06-04-2011 06:39 PM

Well... sometimes it takes a little while to get a handle on new items, I think. Then later on you might suddenly get an idea.

Lunaryon 06-04-2011 06:42 PM

I hope so...

femme gauche 06-04-2011 06:43 PM

Well, now that you have it you don't need to worry about a particular reason for using it... it will just be there the next time you are working on a new outfit.

Lunaryon 06-04-2011 06:47 PM

True. That's why I'm gathering up the old items in the first place, but I never actually guessed that I'd get my hands on either it or the Pandora boxes, but I have...

femme gauche 06-04-2011 06:49 PM

Aw... well, congratulations I guess :P.

Lunaryon 06-04-2011 06:57 PM

Thanks... I guess it makes me feel like trying to push the bar higher and see about getting the Anka Pheonix from someone.

Angel Spirit Girl 06-04-2011 08:38 PM

Good luck getting the Anka.

I just gather up items, and eventually I have stuff that goes together to make an outfit.

Lunaryon 06-04-2011 09:38 PM

There are a few items I'm really looking for, but besides that, I just really want to get all the old items.

Ginger 06-04-2011 10:05 PM

I finally graduated today! Tonight is grad night :3 I am very excited for it! I can't wait to board the bus and bust out my iPod lol. Nobody would ever guess what music I listen to by looking at me.

Sushi 06-04-2011 10:12 PM

Congrats!

What kind of music is that?

Angel Spirit Girl 06-04-2011 10:31 PM

Congratulations. ^.^

I need some more hairs for my avi.

Congrats on your graduation! ^_^

Ginger 06-05-2011 11:56 PM

Thank you for all of your congratulations!

Unfortunately grad night wasn't very great. It was mostly for the sports jocks. Some of the staff at the place we went to were rude. We got Wells Fargo pizza cutters, a rolled up newspaper, and a cup with $50 in it. Last year, my boyfriend got a better cup with $50 in it, a pillow, a towel, and some other things he can't remember. I am disappointed with the departing gifts they gave us this year and just the entire experience =( I wish we could have gone to Silver Mountain Resort or Triple Play, or something with a little more excitement than a big gym for basketball, volleyball, and inflatables. There was a pool with a water slide, but the pool wasn't deep enough to actually swim in. My boyfriend went to Silver Mountain Resort and I went to a big community center. I would have much preferred something else than a community center and I am sure other seniors in my class felt the same way.

Sushi - I listen to a lot of different music.

Lunaryon 06-06-2011 02:10 PM

That sounds like it sucked.

Angel Spirit Girl 06-06-2011 09:51 PM

The departing gift I got from my high school was a pink teddy bear. XD

Our prom was a banquet, and there was a dance for an afterprom.

femme gauche 06-08-2011 01:32 AM

Huh. My high school gave out goody bags. I forget if there were any other items, but I know that they contained small martini glass candles, and picture frames, both with our year of graduation on them. Well actualy, those were at the prom, not the commencement.

My prom was all right; I've never been a fan of school dances, as the music tends to be stupid and the type of dancing is not at all appealing to me. Prom was slightly better in that they did play a few decent songs, but I was much more interested in the desserts, which included a chocolate fountain and associated goodies, as well as the virgin bar which had piña coladas and a couple of other options in addition to pop and water.

Angel Spirit Girl 06-08-2011 06:59 PM

We got a souvenir goblet, but I have broken mine. T.T

Ginger 06-08-2011 07:04 PM

Aww you broke yours? :C And I looked at the newspaper they gave us and it wasn't even the newspaper for that day. It was for the first of the month >.< The pizza cutter is plastic, lol.

Angel Spirit Girl 06-09-2011 09:34 PM

Yup! *Shatter!* *Sniffle!* v.v

The plastic pizza cutter sounds funny. XD

dragoness129 06-10-2011 02:56 PM

If I remember correctly, I got a picture frame and a cup (or was that a gift from prom?) from my cheap school. If those were from prom, I do not remember getting anything from graduation. It was pretty sucky.

Though my Grandpa gave me a luggage set and $500. He has been giving that to each grandchild that graduates. My sister got hers this year from her graduation.

Ginger 06-10-2011 09:39 PM

WOW! I got $200 total from my family and my boyfriend's family combined, and one of my teachers gave me $20 so that was very nice of her to do that for me. She also paid for me to get a haircut last month. She was my favorite teacher because she really cares about her students and their success. I am gonna miss her :C A couple of other teachers were bomb, but some of them can just suck it and stop teaching altogether.

Lunaryon 06-10-2011 09:40 PM

I got money from family... from the school I got a lifetime membership to 1-800-reunion.com

Lauv Keiko 06-10-2011 09:46 PM

I spy a jinji!! *pounces on her*

Angel Spirit Girl 06-11-2011 09:47 PM

I can't remember what I got from my family when I graduated.

Hiccup 06-11-2011 09:51 PM

We went out to eat straight from the ceremony. I remember it was hot, since we'd been outside, and wow...so glad there's no more high school. Feels like a good few minutes ago, though it's only been ..nearly three years. Anywho *lurks a little too hard and ends up with a full stomach*

Angel Spirit Girl 06-11-2011 10:17 PM

I do remember one or two cool graduation parties, however.

Hiccup 06-11-2011 10:53 PM

Oh yes? Hm, suppose I could do a little something extra for finishing college, but honestly I'll just be thankful enough to be done. >.< You doing anything special for Father's Day?

Ginger 06-12-2011 01:17 AM

Is Father's Day tomorrow?

If it is or isn't I guess it doesn't matter. He never bothers to call and skipped my graduation.
Why can't there be like a grandparents' day? Or a sibling day?

Hiccup 06-12-2011 09:49 PM

Eh, I thought it was but no, a little ahead in my mind sorry. ^^; And sorry for your father too, but I agree on the grandparents day, except that technically mothers and fathers day covers them too, if you think on it. But it wouldn't hurt to have something extra :)

Angel Spirit Girl 06-12-2011 10:33 PM

I have to think of something for my father to give him on Father's Day.

Ginger 06-14-2011 03:32 AM

How about a new watch? You can't go wrong with that =)
