Doing pretty good. I'm a bit hyper now since I have finished my workout and have had food+sugar......that combination (with a bit of time) equals me hyper

that sounds like it would make a person hyper O.o

It makes me hyper at least. It is funny, especially since most people expect me to be tired and run down after a work out.

It does. It is a benefit for me though. Allows me to workout in the morning so I have plenty of energy for the rest of the day.

Meh, it's okays. I've found a few places that they don't chat in, so yeah...Even though I basically got booted out of the other threads due to them...
