^ It hurts no more than getting shots at the doctors except that they're sore for a lot longer and toward the end of the healing process it starts itching like crazy and they tell you no rubbing or scratching, you have to slap it when it itches.

I wish I could get one, but right now, my health doesn't permit it.

I'd have to say that when they're doing the details, before they get to coloring it in, is probably the most painful part, and hey, if I had the money, I'd get another, so that tells you right there it's not a big deal. XD
