I used to sleep until 12 pm. Then my job messed me up and I can't figure if I'm coming or going. So now my body wakes up at 9 am. No excuses.

Ah I know the feeling. When I used to work nights I'd come home and change, take a shower, and maybe eat something then go to bed and without fail I'd end up waking up minutes before my alarm goes off and before my brain could figure out what was happening I was already dressed and ready for work o xo
