my neck has been hurting too, it must be something in the air?

what did you have at Taco Bell? I used to love the Nachos Bell Grande. Last time I looked it was no longer on the menu.

trystan830 01-02-2017 12:21 AM

they have this cravings deal - taco, burrito, gordita crunch, nachos & cheese, and a medium drink for $5. it's awesome. =)

Glitch 01-02-2017 12:22 AM

i like that one too!

trystan830 01-02-2017 12:25 AM

i do too! =)

Moonshadow 01-02-2017 01:12 AM

Oh that sounds delicious.
I really need to make my way to Taco Bell at some point.

trystan830 01-02-2017 01:14 AM

they are delicious... well, i think they are, anyway. XD

Moonshadow 01-02-2017 01:26 AM

I like fast food.
I go to McDonalds and/or Burger King at least once a week

trystan830 01-02-2017 01:29 AM

yeah, i do that too... except it's on the weekend when i'm done work at michael's... i eat lunch (or dinner on sundays) after my shift because i'm usually quite hungry. my shifts are only 4 or 4-1/2 hours, which is not a long enough time to get a 1/2 hour meal break... so i eat before heading home. there's a Taco Bell, Burger King, McDonald's, Arby's, Subway, or a Chick-fil-A i could stop at for food. =)

MonBon 01-02-2017 01:35 AM

Chick-fil-aaaaaaaaaaaaaa :D

Tohopekaliga 01-02-2017 01:56 AM

My New Year's Day dinner was General Tso's chicken. Very festive!

Glitch 01-02-2017 11:53 AM

My friend for 10+ years has spent Christmas Eve eating Chinese food on the curb by the movie theater. He has turned it into an event and invites a bunch of people to do it with him, I've never gone though, too cold.

MonBon 01-02-2017 07:53 PM

Sounds cold :O
That's neat though

Moonshadow 01-02-2017 11:17 PM

I have no traditions at all for the holidays, except Chinese buffet for xmas eve.

trystan830 01-02-2017 11:20 PM

on xmas eve, a friend comes over, we watch Nightmare before Christmas. xmas afternoon we go over to my inlaws.

on new year's eve, the same friend comes over and we watch a movie (or something of the sort), we watch the ball drop, say how glad we are that we're actually not in Times Square, and drink sparkling cider at midnight.

it's all actually pretty fun. =)

Moonshadow 01-02-2017 11:27 PM

That does sound like fun. I'm just really bad with "traditions" I was going to go out New Year's Eve and realized I was too tired to bother and all I wanted to do was lay in bed and watch TV. I fell asleep 5 minutes before midnight.

trystan830 01-02-2017 11:31 PM

i could see that being me, in an alternate reality maybe. XD

Moonshadow 01-03-2017 12:02 AM

Maybe you are already living that in an alternate reality (multiverse)

trystan830 01-03-2017 12:08 AM

well, i'm pretty sure there's one of me. at least, i haven't met another one of me from Earth 2 or somewhere.... ;)

Moonshadow 01-03-2017 12:16 AM

It gets pretty out there, the theory of multiverses and how time is NOT linear so we are living many lives (past, present and future) all at the same time.
That is why quantum mechanics is crazy!

trystan830 01-03-2017 12:18 AM

*brain explodes*

but the thing is, i love alternate timelines and time travel! XD

Moonshadow 01-03-2017 12:22 AM

-my brain explodes with yours-

Me too, and I have read quite a bit on all that topic. I do truly believe that we will be able to "time travel" Since space and time can bend, that bend will create a wormhole and it is through that wormhole that theoretical physicists say we can come out of the other end of that wormhole in a different time/space.

trystan830 01-03-2017 12:24 AM

that would be really awesome if we actually could do that!

Glitch 01-03-2017 12:53 PM

Did you see that Terra Nova show?

trystan830 01-03-2017 01:04 PM

i have not, but after a brief google search i've learned a few things"

-it looks like something i would have watched (and might put it on my list!)
-it was on Fox, so i can't say i'm surprised it was cancelled.
-it was on Fox, so i have no idea if the final epsiode actually wrapped things up. heh.
-it was on Fox, which i don't watch, because they're good at cancelling shows prematurely *cough*firefly*cough

Glitch 01-03-2017 01:13 PM

Haha well the reason it was cancelled was that it was too expensive and they did honestly try to find some other station to buy it and continue the show but, was so expensive nobody wanted too.

You should still watch it though it is pretty good and poses a lot of fun theories to think about! I believe they made a comic to wrap the show up after they had to drop it as well.

Tiva 01-03-2017 01:30 PM

I liked the show but honestly they knew how expensive it would be from the beginning. You either learnt deal with it or cut other parts of the show.
Also, basically I was interested in everyone but the main character family

Almost Human was another one they cut due to cost…. Fox is evil

trystan830 01-03-2017 01:49 PM

agree, Tiva. Fox is Evil.

but i'll add it to my list. =)

Glitch 01-03-2017 01:50 PM

I need to get up and shower XD so lazy

trystan830 01-03-2017 02:06 PM

i wish i could be that lazy!

Tiva 01-03-2017 02:17 PM

Just had a shower and was going to make cookies but realized I am out of Bakers chocolate…. to go to the store or no…..

Glitch 01-03-2017 02:39 PM

everyone needs more cookies.

trystan830 01-03-2017 02:40 PM

oooh cookies! what kind?

Tiva 01-03-2017 02:58 PM

Mexican Hot Chocolate cookies, they have cinnamon, chili powder and a try bit of cayenne pepper in them along with the normal chocolatey goodness.

trystan830 01-03-2017 03:01 PM

hm, that could be interesting. i had a chocolate cookie with either cayenne pepper or chili powder in it... it tasted almost the same as it would without those items, but there was a distinct tingling on my lips. i'm not sure if i really liked it or not...

Glitch 01-03-2017 03:14 PM

i don't know if i would like it either but I probably would

trystan830 01-03-2017 03:17 PM

it was the only time i'd had a cookie like that. maybe if it was something i had all the time, i could get used to it?

like the chocolate chip cookies made with the recipe on the back of nestle's chocolate chips. yum.

Glitch 01-03-2017 03:48 PM

i want some fudge ouo

trystan830 01-03-2017 04:51 PM

oooh fudge! yummy. =)

Tiva 01-03-2017 09:17 PM

That sounds good.
This calls for it and I am going to make a test batch to see if it is any good I think the cinnamon and cayenne will make it yummy.

Moonshadow 01-03-2017 09:42 PM

I don't like dark chocolate with cayenne at all. I've had it, but then I just don't like anything spicy, except mild wings ! love me my wings.
