Paypal is easy to get actually, just register, and use a Debit/credit card from your bank. Of course you can mail the money or check too.

well usually you only need 25 for a savings and then you don't need any for the checking I think...*shrug* Banks make things so much easier for me lol

well then...eventually you'll be able to get yearlies lol. I mean I sell Runes and whatnot in the exchange, so you might be able to get some from me, but some of the shoppers are ruthless stalkers when it comes to Runes XD
