I don't know, I have a firm belief that they were drunk or otherwise unable to properly do their job, either that or the person who drew the blueprints was really crazy.

I don't know the year it was built though so it could have been built before there were laws against it, if there ever where laws against builing houses drunk.

I havn't in a while because I let a friend borrow it, but yeah, Love it.

I love it too. Especially my first family. There was six sims originally and I ended up with a family of one hundred. Though one ended up jack of all trades and the others were criminals.
