Loving Vincent, handpainted movie about Van Gogh.
Absolutely gorgeous and as a depressed person, hit very close to home.

Moonshadow 01-07-2018 10:09 PM

I just saw The SEcret Life of Pets.
Very cute, predictable, a few very good laughs.
Glad I watched it.

Kaderin Triste 01-11-2018 06:17 PM

The Man With One Red Shoe
Silly, kind of typical American humor (sex and toilet jokes), but fun.

Den 01-13-2018 12:41 AM

The Last Jedi

tsukiko 01-16-2018 03:47 PM

KittyBeary 01-16-2018 11:18 PM

EverAshwood 01-18-2018 05:24 PM

Probably Wonder Woman tbh

CactuarJoe 01-30-2018 09:35 AM

The Secret of NIMH

Moonshadow 02-03-2018 10:57 PM

Bright

It started off better than it ended. I was disappointed

tsukiko 02-04-2018 03:06 PM

freaky friday (70s original with jodie foster) one of my favorite disney films.

mdom 02-05-2018 05:52 PM

The Square (Swedish Movie) - one of the nominated for best foreign movie at the Oscars
VERY GOOD, watch if you can

Starbomb 02-06-2018 11:41 AM

Kung Fury. :p

mdom 02-08-2018 10:21 PM

Paddington 2 - surprisingly really cute xD
wish it was here with subtitles tho. I could've heard Richard Ayoade's one scene!

bluebird 02-08-2018 11:40 PM

The Room. "I'm going to do what I wanna do and that's it. ...What do you think I should I do?" "IS HE DEAD?" dis bish lmfao "YOU'RE TEARING ME APART, LISA" cryin at these one liners

mdom 02-10-2018 08:23 PM

The Shape of Water - Really good!! Good romance movie. Also I'd do the fish creature

The latest one I watched was also Paddington 2, Paddington is really adorable and I love the storybook feel.

bluebird 02-16-2018 06:28 PM

Last movie I watched was Mean Girls. Such a quotable movie XD

Claire Bear 02-16-2018 06:58 PM

the cloverfeild paradox.a
it was fun but like... there's a reason paramount didn't put it in theatres and just sold it to netflix instead lol.

Quiet Man Cometh 02-16-2018 10:48 PM

Hatchet 3.

It's pretty much all about the ending.

EverAshwood 02-17-2018 12:24 PM

I just saw the movie Stardust on Valentine's Day. Did NOT expect to see Robert DeNiro crossdressing, but not at all disappointed (in that, or the movie)

tsukiko 02-21-2018 05:10 PM

the birdcage. classic <3

Moonshadow 02-26-2018 06:58 PM

Just watched 10 Cloverfield Lane and The Coverfield Paradox

...and Blade Runner 2049 and The Mission.

mdom 03-09-2018 09:00 PM

Red Sparrow
Not good. Felt like torture porn

Pirouetting Nightmare 03-11-2018 12:52 AM

Dead Poets Society, I was craving some Robin Williams, because I miss that guy, and turns out netflix added that movie on there finally. It was very good. Bad ending but, good old Robin.

tsukiko 03-12-2018 12:06 PM

the original lion king. it's been a good 15-16 years since i watched it last.

Biomecha 03-13-2018 08:32 PM

This Beautiful Fantastic. Didn't really care for it. There were some elements I would typically like in a film, but they felt forced and poorly executed in this particular one. The manic pixie dream guy's performance just went way too over the top compared to everyone else.

EverAshwood 03-15-2018 08:12 AM

The Fall (2006). Super cute, kinda weird, and certainly made me cry

dirkydoodle 03-15-2018 08:37 AM

Coco, by far one of my favorites now owo

Den 03-16-2018 10:25 PM

Black Panther. It's so well done! And it's beautiful, too.

Kaderin Triste 03-17-2018 12:19 AM

Ah....oh yeah!
It was Atlantis: The Lost Empire.
Again. Hadn't watched it for a few months...

Biomecha 03-17-2018 09:00 PM

Baby Driver. I liked how it started well enough. Didn't care for the main actor or overall story development.

tsukiko 03-19-2018 11:19 AM

cars 3. it was a cute continuation of the storyline. still prefer the original though...

EverAshwood 03-20-2018 07:54 AM

A Monster in Paris. Didn't realize Sean Lennon voiced Franceour in the English version!

mdom 03-20-2018 11:29 AM

Tomb Raider.
Well she did raid a tomb. And survived some impossible situations.
I never played the game or watched past movies so I can't really compare, so as a filmgoer I just thought the movie was ehhh popcorn action movie with predictable drama and twists. Nothing memorable. But I'd watch a sequel (if Daniel Wu is in it)

bluebird 03-20-2018 01:06 PM

Yu-Gi-Oh: Dark Side of Dimensions unintentionally.
I was like "Oh wow Yu-Gi-Oh is still ongoing? The anime quality looks awesome from the thumbnail?? *clicks and unknowingly watches only the ending* /wails from the soul because i lost the chance to watch it normally"

Biomecha 03-20-2018 11:15 PM

Just finished Colossal. It was an interesting concept, and I like how it incorporated classic elements from the type of films that inspired it in completely new ways (trying not to spoil anything).

Pirouetting Nightmare 03-26-2018 12:46 PM

5 centimeters per second
I love this anime movie. The art and music in it is wonderful, and beautiful. It's a love/life story I could recommend for anyone.

tsukiko 03-26-2018 05:20 PM

a monster calls. it was okay...

Biomecha 03-26-2018 05:47 PM

The Trip to Spain. It was okay, though I liked The Trip. In this one the celebrity impersonations became a bit grating. I should have seen The Trip to Italy first, but accidentally wound up watching this one.
