i just got back from the gym i pick stuff up and put it down lol

Its depressing-- I haven't been able to work out hardcore for the last two days.

I screwed up my back, and I can only do laps at the pool. So, I've gone like.. twice today. xD And all I've had to eat is fruit. XD

Oh dear! That's not very good, i'm gonna try to start doing laps at our pool i haven't swam in forever and went to a water park today and it felt so good to just do a bit of swimming!

I don't know HOW I did it. ><; But I've been in pain since Sunday... =[

Thankfully, the water loosens up my muscles--- so when I'm doing laps, it doesn't lock up on me, and I can't move. xDD;

but as soon as I come home, it cramps up, and won't let me do anything.

Awww that really really sucks! I hurt my back today when at the water park.... but its more of my shoulders that are killing me.... but luckily i didn't get sunburnt!

Sun burns are BAD. xDD;

I have it on my shoulders, and face.

Yea i had to run to the store and buy some before i went to the water park or else i would've gotten fried to a crisp!
