Am I understanding english correctly? Because unless that's a different way to word it that means the same....

Hooke's law: The extension of a spring (x) is proportional to the load placed on the spring (F), until it reaches the limit of proportionality

That's not distance, but the weight put on it, right?

ml1201 03-08-2015 08:01 PM

The extension is the distance. XD The load is the weight. :3

Yokuutsu 03-08-2015 08:16 PM

I haven't been in a science class for like...5 years or more D:

ml1201 03-08-2015 09:07 PM

lol, Its okay. XD Don't worry about it. :3

ml1201 03-11-2015 11:44 AM

And this might be a bit tricky for you. XD

Yokuutsu 03-15-2015 02:32 AM

Sorry, things got hectic for a bit and my brain is just like nope when math happens XD

I'll wait until after I sleep to try and brain.

ml1201 03-15-2015 04:25 PM

Alright, that's fine. :3

Yokuutsu 03-17-2015 01:12 PM

I'm scared. I've been having....a LIFE! D:

So I'm sorry I didn't reply yet D:

I replied! But I need a calculator now XD But one better than my computer's...Idek

ml1201 03-18-2015 10:47 AM

This one is the formula, you only need a calculator on your computer. XD
Ek=1/2mv²

Yokuutsu 04-04-2015 01:29 PM

Sorry I haven't replied, life got hectic, multiple family members in the hospital and other things. It's normally not like this D:

Also: I don't think my computer's calculator can do square roots...and if it can Idk how. I am not technologically illiterate...I just don't use the calculator much XD

ml1201 04-04-2015 01:41 PM

If you have windows 7 or more recent bring up the calculator, click View and select Scientific. :3 But here is the square root. :3

3.873

And that's rounded up. Most things are measured in kilograms (which is what I gave you) so converting to grams is not required. :3

Yokuutsu 04-06-2015 02:43 AM

I found the square root thing :D

When did it get that? D: -shows how much I use the calculator- XD

Wanna do like a mini time skip to the end of maths? (I swear I used to be able to math. I have lost that ability apparently XD)

ml1201 04-06-2015 10:15 AM

Time skipped for you~

Yokuutsu 04-06-2015 08:13 PM

Yay! <3 Thank you.

My brain was just like -hiss- the nasty little matheses.

ml1201 04-06-2015 08:48 PM

It's short but I'm not sure what Vincent's reaction will be, Don is totally going to try and pin him under him. XD
