I usually just navigate quickly instead of refreshing pages all the time. I like it better that way.

see, and since now we've been asked to not refresh pages but navigate to them instead, I don't have to worry about changing my habits! I have had a bunch of tabs open and refreshed them on other sites before. just haven't needed to on this one yet.

I refresh only to see new posts, not particularly to get the currency.
