I've been good. Was gone for the weekend as I needed some serious rest, relaxation, and reflection time away from technology. Had a great weekend and am satisfied with said weekend. :3

Arikana, is Toronto where they have that fabulous tower with the glass floor that you can walk out on and look down? I'm pretty sure it was. Someone told me they walked out on it and had to crawl back due to vertigo.

Yup. That would be the CN Tower. <3 It also rotates at the top where the restaurant is housed, so people who eat there can get continually get a different view of the Toronto skyline as they eat. ;) I want to eat there one day, but I hear it's really, really expensive by Asian standards. >w> (Which is like normal high-end fine dining expensive.)

Been doing... somewhat okay. Spoke to a few game developer friends (Who're freelancing it up) and they decided to help me on a game idea. Wanting to help recruit more people to help, but my world is extremely huge. I don't know enough people who'd be willing a third-party company who's barely starting it up. Then again, it takes years to create games, right? ...my idea is a computer online game. lol Need to get to work on pixel drawings for another project. So much to do, so little time. orz;;

@Ari: Well, I'm in California. The middle part of California, really. Techincally, if I were to drive from my part of California to Oregon (And just hitting the border) that would be a 12-hour drive. It's approximately 15-hours if I were to drive from California to Washington. It's pretty much a 2-day drive... non-stop. We had like... 3 drivers in the car who were ready and waiting to drive.

Oooo, that's pretty good! I'm glad you have your relaxation time! Any pointers? I may want to do that sometime soon, myself. lol ;;

@Xun: owo That's really far away. D: But at least you had multiple drivers who were each ready to drive when necessary. That always helps to keep the amount of time, on the road, to a minimum.

Yeah, it was refreshing. Uh, cut off all electronic and internet usage. Period. Find a quiet place, I'd suggest either somewhere remote or in nature, to do nothing but reflect on life. It helps to bring a piece of paper and a pen along to write down important thoughts that pop up, so that you don't forget them later, and also so that they won't be a form of distraction.
Try those for starters. If you need more, I'm sure I can think up of some more.

@ Xun - are you in Marin Co? That is where I am pseudo-from. Actually I was born in LA but I don't claim to be from there, lol, since I moved up north.

@ Arikana - I could never be away from tech. I relax around tech, lol. That IS my relaxation! Online shopping IS my relaxation! OMG the thought of being away from tech is so stressful. *spazzes*

See if a friend has a cottage or something. If they do, ask if you can borrow it and don't bring any technology other than a cell phone, though cell phones should only then be used on an emergency basis. Just keep it simple, isolate yourself, and allow yourself some time to reflect on life. Cruises are cool, my parents are apparently planning to go on one around the vicinity of Greece. owo

I know this has taken absolutely forever...but I'm done with the pink and purple challenge...it kinda turned into rose and purple though...hope that's okay.

The yellow became more of a gold, but it still works well.

Arikana you look a bit like you are from the deep depths of Hades, lol. The red and blue are nice contrasting colors, very striking. I like the way that hand held blade it goes with the dragon, I know you did that on purpose.

Hi Gaius, Welcome!!! First, let me say how cute are those freckles, lol! I love them! Your avi is so striking, I had no idea there was a item with freckles or just freckles, ahhhhh so neato! Next, lilac and rose, hehe, lovely, I can totally see it. But yeah, red and black are sometimes my "go-to" colors when I just need to do something quick and easy and I know it will look beautiful!

On to the Endeavor and wow, you really accomplished it well and used some unusual items too like the plaid pants and the way you added in the jellyfish arm bands, nice touch because you really didn't need to add them but they really help to balance out the weight of the piece. Love the indigo eye patch! Super great job! It's going on the front if that is ok. I need to think of a new Endeavor but for now, if you don't mind, I'd like to put it there.

Actually, I just wanted to use a scythe since it would fit my avatar's character well and I wanted to use griffin too, so I chose this specific scythe colour cause it matched my avatar's overall colours best. ;)
