I ran into one of those years back. There as this middle aged+ man who took the same bus route as me alot. One day I was talking to my sister and he was sitting behind me and he just started talking to us which wouldn't be creepy but then later I notice him checking out young girls on the bus like in their teen and early 20's and at the time I was only 17. So when ever I saw him getting on the bus I would let him get on first and make sure to sit behind him.

lol yeah! I didn't know he was a pervert when he did talk to me. It was after that that I realized it. You know if you see someone you recognize you kinda watch them thats how I figured it out. I probably thought oh there is that guy who butt into my conversation the other do whats he doing? EW checking out that girl there nasty!

Though shortly after I noticed him he stopped going on the bus maybe he got caught.
