So far, I'm good. I felt real bad earlier. After eating dinner and taking some pain meds though, I feel better.

My throat is burning, so I probably have a cold or something. I'm sure it will go away soon-ish though.

Aw, you should take some medicine or something.

Don't really have anything for sore throats, but I did take some for my headache.

I had a headache earlier, myself. It sucked

I hate being sick as well. Not that I think anyone likes it. Luckily, I rarely get bad sick.

Better than I was with the antibiotic, a little. Feel bad about missing work though. Busiest days right now and being understaffed sucks.

i know how that works it was crazy during christmas when i work for gamestop and we were always understaffed

@Quiet, Well, a sinus infection is very contagious so you wouldn't want to be giving it out to everyone.

@Obbie, -shivers- Gamestop, I remember on a snowy day I was the only one in the store all day, with no breaks. That was many years ago though.

Well I feel somewhat more justified right now. Didn't think that was contagious since it wasn't viral. Forgot about nasty bacteria. Was sneezing at work all day yesterday.

Well given the number of people wandering around with sinus issues it wouldn't surprise me. Some infections are very contagious. Blah. Oh well. Hoping I can work tomorrow. Want money after all! And I'm tempted to buy the 50's poodle skirt costume I was wearing the other day. :). The staff all got dressed up in costume and took a picture at the front of the store.

i dresses up as a bartender today and hosted it was quite fun

I work at a party supplier that currently has mounds of halloween stuff. I was hired as seasonal halloween staff so it's a temp job. Most annoying part of the day is picking up after customers who not only have issues opening openable plastic bags, but also feel compelled to leave costume pieces and their packaging in three different aisles. Not certain how that happens.

Sometimes I think customers do it on purpose, or give each part to a different child whom deposits it wherever. Maybe. Your store does sound really interesting to work at though.

oh boy x.x i would kill people but i myself am quite messy >.<

I can deal with putting ripped packages back together and reshelving amyward items, but it drives me nuts when stuff gets strewn about because we end up having to look for it and/or marking it down for damages or stolen merchandise. Blah. At least all our costumes are in the back and brought out at request so the pieces of those are usually kept in one place. On the plus side, I pretty much have the layour of the halloween aisles memorized now, down to where pretty much any item can be found.

*sneaks in with my oh-so-healthy breakfast of string cheese, beef jerky, and doughnuts*

That sounds horrible! D: Personally, I'd watch for whoever's doing it and spray em with a squirt bottle. Bad customer, bad!

Meh, our campus was closed today because the blizzard caused widespread power outages to the area. ..... So I couldn't see any costumes. And I live on a dead-end road with mostly adults and small children, so there won't be many cool costumes =/

awww, that's no fun. :C I hate snow! there should never be snow in october!

Oh man I need to dress my avi in a costume...I did one awhile back I wonder if I still have the same stuff....
