I've been trying to drink milk to help with the heartburn but i can't say that it is really doing anything

consider crushed ice perhaps? that works for me anyway

Can you use Tums or something of that nature.
Or a banana, I always eat half a banana when I have bad heartburn.

I hadn't heard of Bananas for heart burn… muscle cramps yes heart burn no.

i'm on 300 mgs of zantac daily which did work great but works much less great now.

Heartburn is awful! I've had it all day.
I use Ranitidine an hour before I eat if I know I'm going to get heartburn or have it already.

I'm afraid to take anything other than Zantac since that's what my doctor said is ok for the baby

well as it stands she is usually active from noon-10pm and i don't really feel her at night so also hopeful xD

I haven't been on fb much lately, I heard rumors that Mark Zuckerberg promised to stop fake news from spilling all over people's info feeds.

there's a trick with stopping the fake news - it has to be reported. on all the posts on FB, there's a menu of things you can do with the post, like save it, stop seeing things like it - and report it. if you report it, i believe one of the options is "this is fake news," or something like that.

for a long time, i've been politically ignorant. the government really wasn't a threat to me personally at all, so i'd joke about it, and vote for third party candidates. i came out of my shell in the early 2000s with GWBush, but then it was back to 'safe' again. the fact that i'm all the way out, realising i need to fight for things, do my part to make people aware, and pester the crap out of my Republican senator to listen (he won't, he doesn't; but i tried) tells me this is serious, and can have a serious impact on my future. and it's scary out there, actually.

You can also get runes/items from entering contests. But people have to be willing to run said contests. Like Glitch with her Monthly contest. If I ever start rolling in cash again I will probably sell runes again. (Use to run a monthly service with extras also dropped in store til she got poor.)

Sometimes you can win them during events too you never know :3
