Any suggestions on where we could get food from? I'm kind of drawing a blank on this one. |
It's fine by me, and if you want I'll e-mail Sage to see about getting her permission Espy.
As for food I have NO clue honestly... |
That'd be nice, Serra.
What could possibly be preserved from before the apocalypse that they might find locked in airtight containers? |
I'm sure with Fee's extensive practice with the Network she's be best for finding something, but Serra (me lol) has no idea on what to find.
|
If there's anything like a wilderness around, Dara can probably find something to munch on. Mundane chores are her speciality. ;). Not to say that it would be good, but she wouldn't be likely to poison anybody.
The usual stuff: roots, fungi, miscellanous plant matter, some manner of small vertibrate...etc. |
That would be good for a short-term fix, but would it serve for stocking up?
|
Only if people want to wait around for a little while to make jerky and dry things. Works better with salt too.
|
Salt...we're right next to the sea. But I don't think there's gonna be much in terms of animals around there.....?
|
seaweed, digging for things, eggs if there are seabirds around, something mollusky...
|
Is Kasdeja going to put up with that sort of delay? :p
|
Or we could just eat Kas. -another bit of innocent whistling-
|
You know, that just made me think, so far, Na'lsa hasn't consumed anything truly unearthly. Even the Saint was human at one point. I really wonder what kind of effects his eating something other-worldly would be...
|
If Kasdeja still wants his people alive when he gets to Eden, he will. ;).
Or we can tie some seaweed to the roof of the APC and let the sun and wind dry it. How about Na'lsa channeling his inner lion and hunting for stuff too? |
Posted.
I think Kas would let us run out of capsules and food first and by then, we would get to a city of some sort, guessing on the amount of food left. It's been too long since I checked inventory. |
It's been too long since I've updated the inventory. @_@
|
...What is this inventory we speak of. ">.>
A bit scary when you really think about how much they rely on capsules and how much they must look like they've all got jaundice. ...also, how're they filtering water? Because don't capsules make you dehydrated? |
