Okay, let me tell you the story from the beginning.
There was a dragon slayer named Siegfried that fell in love with a gypsy named Gwendalyn. They had a daughter named May that grew up to become a powerful sorceress. After her apprentice completed her training, May felt that there was too much to learn in just one lifetime and made herself immortal. Then she got lonely and, seeking a companion that would live as long as her, summoned a Succubus named Kera. They wed (unofficially) and had two children.
