Why? did you not get enough sleep?

Cause... I had to go to doctor, so, I could only nap during the middle of day and also not like... 10 hours, about 6. x_x And after night I barely slept in and all that, it didn't refreshen me that much. ^^;

6 is a lot of sleep too though
