got hit by a car and the ends of my nerves are all messed up, i get contact nausea, i get random numbness, i hurt constantly and my back feels very twisted and bad about half of the time

they had me on a painmed that was helping but it made my stomach bleed so i am off all painkillers so i can detox and try a different one
