Duster Coat in Threads looks nice, but has some straps in front so I'm not sure if that messes with the look you're going for.

Buckled Trench, also in Threads, is a more gothic styled trenchcoat, and as the name implies has the buckles.

I can't remember if there's any decent trench coats in event/donation items...I don't wear a ton of coat items. >.< I think most of the coats we have right now are more like suit coats or tailcoats or things of that nature.

Time Lord I believe was the artist's first item they pixeled, so it came out looking much too flat. There are a lot of items I wish we could go back and touch up. >.<

There's a ton of reasons why it is not possible for us, largely because we only have me and dolly to do pixels at the moment and so nothing new would be coming out. But also because maybe somebody really likes the item the way it is, and if we re-did it maybe they would hate it. There's also things like, that over time the original file was lost or we changed gradient palettes and don't have the original color schemes. It just wouldn't look the same and we'd have to make the item completely over in order to update it.

I think a good solution is when there is something you would like to see updated you should request the item in the item requests and at some point it will probably get worked into a new item! Such as:I have taken note that there is a serious lack of jackets and so I am going to try to work some into upcoming item releases. ^_^

I didn't mean change the old item i meant releasing a newer item that is basically the same but better.
But yeah item requests works too.

it is my project for today. It was my yesterday project but it has bled over. . . XD

I seriously believed that the whale would win tho.
And flowers are delicate creatures so they can be quite hard to give justice to when drawing.

I thought it would do better than it did as well but the flowers were very popular! So I want to make them look GOOD and not just kind of ok. I am trying my best!

In addition to what Glitch mentioned, we have in the past re-worked old items into new similar items on rare occasion. The most obvious example would be an old event item called Withering Nox. It's really quite dreadful looking. It looks painted rather than pixeled, the colors are a bit weird, some of the shadows are too close to pure black, the light source is inconsistent... I haven't seen it used in ages, and if I were to see someone wearing it, I'd be very surprised. It just doesn't look like it fits in with any other item we have. Not terribly long after that event, perhaps a few months or so, a donation item called Phaunos Spirit was released. We had just gotten a new pixelist who was able to make the item look much more detailed and in an actual pixel style. It's not ideal to have to make a donation item be a better version of an event item, but there were a lot of unique poses added in as well that made it worth it.

I think the flowers did well because it was presented so well, poses and on a actual base.

Oh my gosh, that turned out really cute!

I was going to start coloring today but my tablet settings had reset for some reason. All the buttons I had mapped out changed to default, and my start menu went blank again so I couldn't pull up the thing to re-map them. Stupid tablet. >.< Maybe later, maybe not. I dunno.
