Advent

Advent stopped dead in his tracks as he felt something touch his cheek. His head looked up to the sky "It's raining, I wonder if it's a sign of things to come." he sat down on his board and listened to the sounds around him not really caring if the rain got heavier his head lowered 'even now Chloe some of us are still afraid of the dark... do you have demons?' he thought to himself his head falling back after a while with a smile knowing that there was no use thinking on the past as it couldn't be changed.

Soon he brought out his black laptop "I think I should remove that virus... I made sure not to target anything that had to do with hospitals." he spoke typing at they keyboard a sigh crossing his lips as he released the anti virus his face smiling as he felt the life return "I know I shouldn't have done it but..." he fell silent, when it came to certain things he didn't fool around like he normally did. Closing the laptop he placed it back in his bag his head going to the board "Lets go home, father needs his medicine." without waiting further the board moved towards what seemed like a run down house.

Getting to the door he jamp off the board and opened the door, regardless of the exterior the inside of the house was well maintained and showed that you should never judge a book by it's cover "Father I'm home from meeting with my friends... I'll make something for you to eat and then I'll head to bed. It's to late now to practice." he said heading into the kitchen placing his bag down as he started to cook yawning a little. it took about forty five minutes for him to get everything cooked and on the plate.

Holding the plate he listened to around the house for clicks he got to where he was going. Stopping in front of the door he knocked before walking in "I made a chicken noodle stir-fry father I know you enjoy it." he was almost silent as he walked towards the bed placing it down beside him, "I made some green tea and your medication is on the tray also." he placed it on the bed side table and headed out not waiting for any response he doubted he would get one he never had before. "Night father, I'll pick up the tray when I make breakfast." moving out he closed the room and headed to the front room taking off his sash, top and shoes laying back on the sofa he fell asleep pretty much as soon as he lay down.

Roland sighed and scratched the back of his head. "Well... I suppose." he muttered. After all the bandages and blood was cleaned up, Roland head to the kitchen to get something to drink. "So I take it you are going to spend the night here again?"

Vincent starting to feel bored tilted his head back, as the sun was starting to disappear from the sky to let the moon come forth. A feeling of hunger hit him, ruby red eyes looked back down from the sky back to the area. Shrugging the leader of the vampires walked out of the park to head back to the place he stayed. Making his way over to the building he grab on to the fire escape climb up making his way on to the roof top, started to run across them to head back as tried fight off the hunger he was feeling, he was not read but he wanted something. Stopping on the roof top, he looked in through a window seeing he wasn't going to win so it was better off he made do got something to eat.

Seeing how the evening is going Zaki didn't want to head back it was getting dark but it was good hunters could be any where so he deiced he would head off and go to Chloe's place in stead. darting around making short cuts he was able to get to the area she lived in went over to the door started to knock on it in hopes someone would come and answer it.

Hearing the knock on the front door, Chloe grabs one of her robes and quickly wraps it around her, wondering who would be knocking on the front door this late. Ignoring Jayden, she hurries down the hall and pushes the item holding the front door closed aside, before yanking the door open to see Zaki there.
"Guess you need a spot to crash for the night?" Chloe didn't care if Zaki saw her in a robe or not, just holds the door open for him to enter the flat before noting, Damn, Jayden's blocking the entry into the guest room..

Vincent walked carefully down the ally, his eyes looking about the area the crimson orbs taking in every detail that was around him. As the feeling in the air was more clear of who it was. Placing his hand into his pockets, stop a bit a ways from Kimiko head slightly tilted. "You know, it's starting to get late, you should head back to the base." he said her, he fought long a hard to be where he was and he was not going to yeld to the other when it came to chain of command for him, he knew she was also a Ryuujin, like him but still he made sure he was going to stay on top and make sure she was alright.

Zaki bowed his head. "Yeah, I'm a little far off from where I need to be since Advent took us on some crazy trip and now I need a place to stay." he smiled blinked some stepped in side. "I'm sorry though for coming." he said to her.

Mizuki

She had been walking for a good hour and noticed the rain had picked up a little, so took shelter under a tree "I knew I should had taken an umbrella..." she sighed shaking her head she was in no mood to walk the rest of the way home in this kind of weather and didn't believe in taking in public transport as she had experienced first hand what kind of perverts there where around "Not even if my life was at stake." she sighed once more looking around the area seeing if there was anywhere she could sleep for the night.

"I still have another hours walk to my nearest relative so I guess it's a hotel for this evening" not that she was complaining it gave her a perfect reason to go shopping for a new outfit in the morning she giggled happily as she went to the closest hotel, she was glad to see it was one her distant relatives often frequented when they came on vacation and she wasn't there for whatever reason. Getting inside she walked to the front desk and looked to the receptionist. "Hello I would like a suite for the night." she said with a sweet giggle even before the man opened his mouth to welcome her.

"O-of course Miss Saito, I will get the room that is reserved for your family." he said putting in the details that he had memorised, she couldn't help but laugh inwardly at how she didn't have to go through all the rigmarole other guests did. Soon a key was handed to her "It's a very nice suite..." he waved his hand and a bellboy came over "Please take Miss Saito to room 218" he said turning now to look after another guest.

Mizuki looked at the bell boy and walked off towards the elevator, the bell boy following "You know.." she looked at the name tag "Gus, I know my way to this room. Why not take this extra time and have a small break." she went into her back and carefully moved things around bringing out twenty dollars and handing it to him before walking away leaving the stunned Gus wondering what he should do.

The boy in the lift pressing the button making the door close soon she would be at the second floor and made her way to the room. Getting to the door she swiped the door key walking in placing her bag down heading straight towards the shower room, undressing she stepped into the shower and turned it up so high the heat steamed up the room. She spent about twenty minutes in the shower enjoying the warmth on her skin stepping out she dried off wrapping her self in a bath robe before heading to the phone "Hello... I would like to order a six am wake up, have my clothing dry cleaned and brought back to me by seven am." she said listening to the receptionist who typed in her request "Thank you so much."

She hung up the phone pressing another button "Hello room service... I would like to order some chicken noodle soup, dim sum, a hot chicken curry with plain boiled rice and a banana split." she said listening to the woman tell her a time she smiled "Thank you... no that's all." she hug up the phone just as the room door was knocked. Standing she moved opening it cautiously "Yes?" she asked "I'm here to pick up your washing." the maid said "O-oh... one second." keeping the door open she moved into the bathroom and picked up her clothing and brought it back handing it to the maid, the maid who smiled leaving.

Closing the room door she moved to the table letting out a loud yawn, she was getting tired and just really wanted to go to sleep. Turning on the television she listen to the news and turned her head her nose wrinkling as the bombing was brought up again followed by the hunters announcement "All that is proper-gander and they know it... what are they trying to pull?" she asked but her train of thought came to a halt as she heard a knock followed by "room service." getting up she moved to the door opening it allowing the bell boy from before bring in the cart with her food and place it on the table. As he was she moved to her bag and brought out another twenty and handed it to him "Have a nice night." she said to him with her ever cute smile he nodded his head "You too.." he stated as he walked out leaving her in peace.

Sitting down and began to eat continuing to watch the news, it wasn't something she wanted to watch but then it was the best way to let her know how to proceed, even advise her own leader on how to avoid the hunters detection. She finished her food quickly standing she left the tray outside her door and headed to bed changing the channel to watch 'a Cinderella story' soon falling asleep.

"Yea, I know." Chloe shoves the door back and pushes the item back, "It's fine, you know your welcome to crash here whenever you need to. And you might need to shove Jay's ass out of the way to get into the guest room." she grins, "Or if you want, you could always just crash in my room tonight like we use to do when we were kids."

"I know we haven't." Chloe laughs, "and I wouldn't of suggested it if it wasn't fine, now would I?" a small smile crosses her face, "Unless.. you want the living room? There's no telling what's lurking in the couch cushions."

It doesn't look like I'm going to do anything until tomorrow. Makoto looked at her watch and just realized how late it was. Her back started to ache, and the burns on her neck started to bother her again. She put her phone in the cup holder and drove back to her apartment.

Makoto parked the SUV a block away from her apartment. She took her equipment with her and turned on the SUV's alarm. She slipped her hand into her back pocket and unlocked the front door. Makoto stepped in and closed the door behind her, locking it before heading over to the table to unload her equipment.

...ugh, I smell like smoke. Taking a shower is going to suck. Makoto sighed as she walked into the bathroom, doing her best to avoid her clothes from irritating the burns she got from Hayate.

After she took a refreshing, yet painful shower, Makoto gently rubbed the medical gel onto her neck and lower back before she laid down on her bed.

Vincent tilted his head back and chuckled some hearing the other. "I never liked when people would talk to me like that. . . ." he said quietly, since he had something to eat he was at the top of his game moved so quickly the other couldn't keep up, ending up behind her holding on to her wrist. "If you would like to know. . . .Vincent Puck Cross is my name, but everyone just calls me Vincent." as smirk crossed his face slowly becoming a Cheshire cat like grin as his eyes glowed in the darkness, as he growled softly at her. "Do not talk sass at me, Kimiko, or you may not like the out come of how things work. . ."

Zaki blinked blushed some looking down he did want to stay in her room and well Jay at time weird-ed him out. "I-I would like to stay in your room. . . if, if it not to much to ask." he said to her looking away from her trying to hide his pinking face.

HAYATE

"Oh. ...Thank you." It's not too great of a dinner, but...it'll work. He cautiously took a seat on the ground and started eating. Granted, it wasn't as good as the meal he had had the night before, but that was a memory better off forgotten.

"Thanks for the mask, Roland...I was sure I'd never see it again," he added as he tried to rub the grime off it with one hand.

"Than that's settled." Chloe nods, "You'll probably need to borrow some night clothes." Not caring really, she enters Jayden's room and sorts through his dresser, pulling out a pair of pjs that looked like they would fit Zaki, "Here, these should fit." she tosses them toward Zaki, noticing he was turning pink, seems her hunch about him crushing on her was correct. Her grin comes a bit bigger, "You know, Zaki. We could both change in my room. I promise I won't look if you don't look?"

Landing on the ground his feet held him up, he would not allow his coat to get dirty in away, as he looked at her his eyes half lidded as he lost the amuse look became very annoyed. He never liked when people never followed the way he worked, but then again it was going to happen. Once she had let go, he stood up dusting his jacket off then looked over to the other. "You can try, please do be careful, on how move against me next time." as he lowered his head some behind the tall collar of his coat eyes glowing still. "We all have secrets and little things that give information." he said to her.

Zaki seem to space out when she said something about needing night time clothing and it was true. Watching her move past Jay who was on the floor he knew better then to ask about such things since it happened a lot in the past. Then saw her come out and toss him clothing, the next part he felt like he was going to get a nose bleed and pass out. "Huh change in your room? Ummm o-o-kay I wont look! I promise!" he said to her.

Re-entering her room, Chloe picks up the pjs she was in the process of changing into before Zaki arrived. Pulling her hair free from the bun she had earlier put the long strands in, she waits for Zaki to come in, "Close the door behind you unless you want to give Jay a good peep show if he wakes up."

"Bleed? hardly. . . .I am the one bleeding things for a meal. . ." with a quiet tone watching her. "I can or you can go and look on your own which ever one happened first really." closing en eye as he yawned a little started to walk away to climb up a fire escape to get to the roof tops. He knew traveling down on the streets was not wise at this hour since Hunters like to stalk the streets to find any one out side.

Zaki followed in behind her shut the door placed his bag and other things down against the wall as he has his back turned to her. This is something he should have been used to, all in all they did this all the time when they where kids. But he felt to nervous now about it all. But he started to change to get into the night time clothing that was given to him.

Keeping her word, Chloe quickly changes into her pjs and sits down on the side of the bed near her, twisting her hair into a plait while waiting for Zaki to finish changing.
"You know, Zaki." she starts, "If I didn't know any better, I would say you have developed feelings toward me." she twists the rubber band around the end of the braid and waits for Zaki's answer.

FORZ

The hotel might have been a bit too fancy for his tastes, but Forz supposed the Lieutenant had been in charge of booking a room for him, and although the Commander was not one to be intimidated, the Lieutenant just might have heard terrifying stories of certain feats in distant cities.

He sighed. It had been an exhausting day. Tomorrow morning, he would have to take a shower before he left for work, but for now...

With his coat hanging from the back of a grand office chair, and his gun unholstered on the nightstand, Forz loosened his tie, changed into the one spare set of casual clothes he had with him, and settled in for the night.

Letting the braid fall free down her back, Chloe turns to face Zaki, "You can be honest with me." she says, pulling her legs up under her on the bed, her blue eyes more calmer than they had been earlier, "I'm not going to get angry if it's true, I kind of find it flattering to be honest."

Roland grabbed a beer from the fridge and grumbled. "Well... Just remember not to go around snooping through my stuff you can stay."
He walked to the couch and dropped down. "Its fine Hayate. Besides Jayden was the one that picked it up. Not me."

Chloe smiles, "Just being there during those times was help enough, I know things got hard after that but I would of never accepted your money in the first place, the flat was paid for and left in my name plus Mom left quite a bit in trust for both me and Avalon." she stands up and walks over to Zaki, brushing his hair out of his face, her blue eyes peering into his, "And I like you for who you are, silly. Yes, I can be hard on you at times but your always putting yourself down."

Chloe sighs, "Jay will always be Jay, his actions might not have the best intentions behind them but than we all have our own flaws, what right do we have to criticize him without criticizing ourselves in the process?" she pauses for a moment, her eyes searching his. Not giving Zaki the time to answer, she cups his chin in her hand and pulls him down to her, her lips pressed against his.
