every time I cut up/cook with onions, I can't get the dialogue from the "ogres are like onions" scene out of my head! D:

My life is usually like that too... xD anything with onions is definitely shrek.

I usually cook with green onions to avoid this problem (and because they're much easier to cut up with knives than regular onions are), but once my mom mails me my food-chopper, regular onions will become much more efficient and I'll probably use them a lot.

Food choppers are awesome! I have one and love it. :3
