A few other good ones are EXTE: Hair Extensions, Dumplings, Cinderella, Tokyo Gore Police, and Infection. Those are just the ones I've seen on Netflix, though.

Actually... Tokyo Gore Police is more of a spoof horror. It ranks on in there with Machine Gun Girl and RoboGeisha.
