I've noticed a lot more spawning for sure. It's typically the same thing (Spearow, Pidgey, Bellsprout (over 200 candies and STILL haven't gotten one that can battle with the best of them), Rattata, and Weedle, but sometimes the good stuff spawns as well.

We just walked 1.3 kilometers for a Growlithe and still couldn't find it! Also sighted a Squirtle, but didn't find that either. Good for her egg, though, I guess!

I still don't believe the "nearby" thing at all. :P


I hear there's going to be another double rewards event soon.

Most of the time we can find things in sighted, but the Growlithe threw us. The only thing I can think of was it was across the highway, and I'm not crossing four lanes for anything!

We did have a Scyther show up yesterday not in sighted, and there's a lot that do that lately.

Also just walked to the dollar store, there was both a Wheezing (which was needed) and an Arbok. Team Rocket's been lurking!

Anyone found a Ditto yet? Be sure to catch those Pidgeys and Rattatas!

That's what my sister fears, it'll be a Lapras or something good she finally gets and boom, Ditto! I wanted to go hunting this morning, but was still in pajamas and nothing was on the map anyway.

Of course, we found out about Ditto AFTER going to PokeStops and ignoring most everything but what she needed. It would have been a cool surprise to have caught one without knowing!

We caught a Weedle, Pidgey, and Rattata, haven't found one yet, but we're just getting going. Most every time I checked this morning, nothing was in sighted. Don't like that they're in Magikarp, though, that's going to take even longer to get Gyarados.

I like the idea of doing it with the event, and not telling anyone but social media ruined it, lol. Gonna catch everything for the extra EXP and Stardust and oh, here's a possible Ditto! XD She caught one while we were out!

We have definitely run through Walmart looking for certain ones, like Ponyta and Mankey. We've got to get more balls, we're using Ultra Balls because she has so many but only 16 Poke and 20 Great.

There's a grocery store down the road, and that's usually where we go first because most are lurking there. The farmer's market usually has two or three at least each time we go in, but I think it's far enough away to be out of range unless we walk to the end of the street.

Also, after 25 Bulba catches, FINALLY got one that can battle with the best of them! Caught Bulbasaur last night at the fire station, and Squirtle was at the post office.

I haven't seen anything spawn actually at our house in a while, sadly. But grass ones are plentiful around here, only just really started seeing a good amount of fire ones. We've only hatched one starter, a Charmander.

We just took back the gym at the baseball field, but as we were there, this other person pulled up, we've never have that happen before. My sister said she hoped they were Instinct, she took back the gym, and turns out the other person was Instinct, so that was pretty awesome!

Ah, should have thought of doing that! We've been catching, and evolving, when we can. But she went from 22 to 23 in about three days, so not too bad. We could do it with Eevee. Sadly, we have hit over 500 Eevee candy due to lack of ones that can battle with the best of them.

Last one we got was a Vaporeon, that was at 1200 CP when it evolved. And thanks to the CP shift, both of them are now over 2000.

Anyone having snags with the new-ish IOS? I just updated my phone and now my game can't seem to connect. Wireless works, and I have it ticked for data anyway. Can't seem to connect anywhere.

Yesterday was a good day. FINALLY caught a Bellsprout that can battle with the best of them, great CP, too.

2km egg hatched, and it was a Magikarp, we're at 45 Magikarp candy now.

And my sister was more interested in drawing last night so I got to go to the stops. I thought I was doing good getting a 10km egg from one, then we got to the post office. Spotted an Exeggutor in the sighted, so we went looking for it. It was on the road behind the post office, 1800 CP, and can battle with the best of them! I'm still so proud of him.

As for others, I've been sighting a lot of Kadabra lately. Lickitung showed up once for a split second, and finally started to sight Dratini again.

Checked last night before going to bed, we got the tracker update!

Pokemon GO tends to overheat my phone so I don't play on it as much as I want to. When I was playing it, it was very fun.
My roommate made me do a Uturn for a eevee. It was quite hilarious. We were driving home and he was like "Tsuki, an eevee. We just passed it" and he was disappointed. He was trying to catch an eevee for some time. So like a good roommate I was, I did sudden U turn. (Good thing there was no cops nearby) and went back for it. We could not find the eevee -_- But it turned our boring average drive into an adventure

Haha, now that's dedication to the ideal of the perfect eevee.

I pass by so many Eevees while we go stop hunting. I try to only get ones we need either for candy or dex, or great ones. Otherwise the stops are more important. But that is dedication!

For some reason, in our area eevees are rare. So when we spot an eevee, we are doing a uturn xD

Well, I mean, the eons are cool pokemon. :P I still catch most eevees I see.

I thought Eevee would be common everywhere, I did not know that!

There's a lot of rattatas and pidgeys.... there's only one spot I can rely on for eevees.

Other than Rattata and Pidgey, I'd say our most common are Eevee, Bellsprout, and Exeggcute. The Nidorans are fairly common, too. I can see why Eevees are u-turn worthy to you!

70 base power Bug attack and switch out? I'm not quite sure how that helps with Eevee in specific. :P

I haven't played Pokémon GO in a while.. but now that there are updates rolling out, I wanna play more. Except it's so cold.. and I'm a wuss.. xD

I'm really not loving the tracker update now that I've gotten to look at it. It now just shows Pokemon near Pokestops. There could be a Lapras nearby and I'd never know, unless it was at the stop down the road.
