I hate it. I didn't like my last boss, but she didn't /scare/ me. This one genuinely scares me. ;-; I don't mind when someone says I'm dong something wrong and shows me how to do it. But when someone gets /mad/ about doing that... then I have an issue and it's scary and I DON'T LIKE THIS WOMAN ;-; ~whimpers in corner~ Tomorrow she's off, so it'll be nice and relaxing.

Wow how did she get where she is by being a bitch to her employees? I don't get it that is really confusing. I'm sorry Az, But here is the thing at least you don't have to deal with her tomorrow and you can have a much easier time at work.

As long as she isn't around me, I don't feel so bad, but I hate when she's near me or watching me or something. I'll put up with this until the end of next month then try to find a new job. I actually really like the back to school season... It sucks though because I don't mind working there and I adore almost everyone else I work with, but... I /hate/ my boss...

Well, that's just /who she is/, she's kind of driving EVERYONE away cause no one wants to work with her. =/ Our Stalker guy is gonna either flat out quit or find a new job real soon. One guy already quit. And I know no one likes her.

I don't see why people like her treat there employees like crap they are your workers they are the reason why things must work out the way they are you scare them or drive them away you have to hire morons who know nothing train them and waist money on it.

Exactly. She's gonna end up wasting money on me. Cause she's going to send me to some training for the copy center sometime soon-ish and I hopefully won't be there much longer after that. =/
Yeah, I don't get why our district manager assigned her to us. She knew full well that /none/ of us wanted to work with this woman, our old store manager practically begged for someone else, even. But nope. =/ You'd think you would want your store manager and employees to be able to get along so that things work better. |
