I think its broken.

I was talking to Hermes, and then all of a sudden it switched off, and it won't turn back on. I had full battery, and I can't figure out how to take off the back cover to do a battery pull.

This upsets me. ><;

My old phone used to do that sometimes. D: taking the battery out and putting it back in would fix it for a while, but it kept doing it. Eventually even pulling the battery out didn't work and I had to replace the phone. :C
