Apparently my suitemate decided that four in the morning's a nice time to play moderately loud music.

Sounds like our neighbors.. through it's usually them singing.. so many times I wanted to throw a pillow out at that them and tell them to shut up.. Luckily since I moved to the smaller room it doesn't annoy me as much.

I swear they never sleep. They make noise ALL night, ALL morning, and ALL afternoon. Whether it's loud music, loud laughing, REALLY loud tv, or the occasional... uhh... "noises," they never seem to shut up.

*tummy gurgles* Reyo needs food! Damn you cafeteria for serving nothing but expensive fried foods!!!

Ulti are you suitmates from Saudi Arabia? We have a lot of them here on International student visas, no joke they sleep during the day and stay up all night. Only have classes Tuesday & Thursday to help in this cycle and play loud music all the time. There was 20 people in their one room last year drinking and partying, along with most likely sex.

Nope they are your classic 'Murrkan white girls.

When I lived in a dorm, the girls on my floor regularly ran around screaming down the hall between 2 and 4 in the morning. D: Freshmen are the worst.
When I moved into an apartment off-campus, the worst I had to deal with was the neighbors upstairs having movie parties when I wanted to sleep. (Their living room was right above my bedroom.) Luckily, I could really only hear the movie music and it wasn't super annoying.
Now that I'm in a married student apartment, I don't hear a thing. It's beautiful. My neighbors next door have a baby, but I can only hear it if I'm in the kitchen. Our neighbors upstairs either never have sex, or they do it quietly enough that I don't notice. It's the greatest.

We are in off campus apartments now, and I wish our neighbors would be quiet but since there isn't a no party clause to our lease only 'don't disturb the other tentants' they have loud ass parties. Our new place has a no party clause, and if you have 2 you can get thrown out of the apartment and still have to pay the full term of the lease.

That's pretty interesting about the no party clause. I don't think I have one of those, but I don't think my apartment is even big enough for a party. XD
If their parties are disturbing you, doesn't that count against them though? Or call the cops?
