A lot of the books vary wildly. He had a few flops, and the last five or so books really suffer due to the illnesses he was experiencing. Which ones did you read?

Aw man. It can be hard to get in to, he doesn't really hit his full stride until Mort, but if it wasn't for you, well...that's okay. Although if you can stand to give it another chance, I suggest reading Small Gods.
