Yeah, it's chocolate... with red food coloring really... At least that's how it gets red... You can't just make a chocolate cake and add red and say it's red velvet cake...

BUT, it doesn't taste like chocolate. :3 And it's best with cream cheese icing... Mmmmmmmm... I wish we had the ingredients to make one. D; Without nuts in it. NO NUTS. |
