Also, the first church in our path is rather boring, the sanctuary of the Whispering Stone, where a single monk lives having taken a vow of silence, obsessed by the word written on the stone but refusing to speak it. I'm wondering if we should bother going there or not. The second church is the massive, hyper-militarized last bastion of human civilization place ruled by a theocrat with the Iron Scepter of Morning. Much more interesting. :P

I might need to find a way to boost Dante's powers/skills. Hm...

I'm still working on my manual so just NPC my character if you have to. She might be slightly losing grip on her reality (but in a functional way) if things keep going they way they are going. Like deciding that she's dreaming everything. Maybe, or developing some manner of psychological detachment.

You know, it was really amusing that a decent part of the RPers in Esch are writers until I realized how much time you guys need to spend on...like...actual writing, hah...

Anyways, I wonder if I could somehow work minor energy/blood/water magic into Dante's character. That idea came up...maybe over a year ago. Or maybe telekinesis.

I'm actually not too busy to keep up here, I mean, I have the next part planned out enough to be able to just take a half hour here and there to add posts, but I'm not sure we actually have a group anymore.

And Espy, I'm not entirely sure how you'd work that in given the structure of power or "magic" in this setting. You could, say, use theurgic power to manipulate forces and substances like that, but in terms of an actual "sorcery" that specifically interacts with those, not so much. Magic here is more on the order of rewriting reality by accessing God's source code and manipulating it in various ways and to various degrees.

I'm still around...theoretically. Assuming my job doesn't actually become salary then I'm not sure what I can promise :p

I haven't talked to Salone in ages, and Funkie's gone for sure...(least until he goes to college, I'm sure, because right now he's probably busy as hell...)

We might have to think of decent reasons for people poofing. If Suze opens up apps again and we get an artificer, I might see about having that person help me "upgrade" Dante.

So as of right now, it's only me, Espy, and Serra confirmed as still being in. We may indeed have to recruit some new blood... at least we're in a good position story-wise to do so. I'll seriously miss Salone, though, his posts were always a treat. How will we earn our [M] tag without him around?

If I had any ideas, I'd be semi-tempted to start a new RP instead... alas.

Oh I'm sure someone can come up with some [M] posts aside from Salone...maybe :p
