It is likely that any future DLC will tie in, but not be directly related to (i.e. a direct follow up in response). They may even release additional later on for free kinda like they did with the new endings.
I'll let you know how it turns out for me after I get it and finish it though. |
Yes let me know how it goes, my brother got me it as a super late birthday present but I'm going to do a playthrough of ME2 first with my new Shepard then do ME3. |

Eh, it isn't supposed to be the same. They are trying to expand and take it in a different direction now that Shepard is "dead." There is also the possibility that, while you may not be able to play as him, you may find him or even help to "bring him back" in the next game....or a future game.
Downloaded the DLC, but have as of yet had a chance to play. Probably will be this weekend.... |
