I don't know. I haven't downloaded Skype again. I had problems with it not logging me in long ago.

I did try signing in via my Skype app on my phone with my MSN, and it would only show me who was online, but if you looked at "all contacts" I think it showed everyone. I don't know how to change any settings. I fear when the switch happens. =/

Mine only showed one person online and none of my other contacts period. None of them. They were all gone-they weren't even listed as offline while my skype contacts were fine, they were showing online and offline.

It'll be March. That's all I know...after March only mainland China will have windows live.

March 15th. I know, But when I signed on via my app, I refused it to merge the two accounts. And maybe that's why I didn't have the same problem? I'm debating about not using it unless I'm on my cellphone. Skype wouldn't let me log in when I was using it on my computer.

I don't log in with my windows live account anymore since it never worked right. Why waste my time on it?

When I log in with just my skype, nothing's wrong...since the windows live stuff will only show when you sign in using that account (that you have with it) which when I do that ONE contact different shows up from my windows live -.-

Skype doesn't like to work on my computer. Not sure why. I may give it a second try though.

Which OS? Win8 Skype sucks, use Win7 Skype in desktop mode.

I have issues with skype but I attribute that to my crummy connection. As it is, there's really only one person who I chat on MSN that doesn't have skype and I warned them about the upcoming drop of MSN. Anyone else I can warn on facebook.
