I'd say a lot more than just a week xD.

Some of the stories are a bit lackluster in my opinion but there are some which are very interesting :).

I used to listen to a lot of creepy pasta on youtube, and had to stop because I started having trouble sleeping.

only one did that to me XD but then i was already scared of sleeping in that apartment without it

the sleep one is actually half-way legit from a scientific standpoint, a combination of auditory and visual deprivation can cause vivid hallucinations and insanity. they cheesed the russian one up a but but for a creepypasta it is pretty decent
