Sounds very nice, thank you for sharing Tiva ^^

It sounds lovely to have when it's cold/snowy out because not only is it hot, the booze warms you up, AND it's chocolatey <3

*Grabs marshmallows to nom on but leaves the hot cocoa*
I don't like hot cocoa, because I don't like hot milk. But cocoa marshmallows are really tasty--tastier than s'mores marshmallows.

daikokunyo 12-25-2015 12:13 AM

I've only ever tasted them in their defualt fluffy, pure state o3o
How'd you rate those compared with cocoa and s'more ones?

Monorea 12-25-2015 05:23 AM

Well there are hot cocoa that don't use milk in it so if milk is the problem just don't have it.

daikokunyo 12-26-2015 05:53 AM

Good for me, I'm not lactose intolerant but I have IBS and must stave off milk and its products.

Monorea 12-26-2015 05:59 AM

I avoid milk because it makes me produce too much mucus but cheese i love.
<3 Cheese <3 aged cheese doesn't have lactose btw

daikokunyo 12-26-2015 08:51 AM

Not lactose intolerant, I need the fat removed. So I can have buttermilk.

But not toned milk. I don't really get it.

I love cheese too! When people ask me my favourite taste I say 'kamma' in telugu because there isn't a word for the taste in English. Mebbe bc we have more food items with that taste like dosa and stuff. Like pancakes minus the sweetness.

If I say 'cheesy' that's not accurate bc cheese is kamma but dosa isn't. Kind of like how you can't call cake 'sugary' even though it has sugar.

Monorea 12-26-2015 09:18 AM

Yeah no idea what you are saying, i only know different kinds of cheeses not how to classify it by taste.

daikokunyo 12-26-2015 09:21 AM

Mmm but what taste can you even use to describe cheese from 'sweet, salty, sour, spicy'? Maybe slightly salty but that's just one aspect

Monorea 12-26-2015 09:31 AM

Texture is almost aspect than taste sometimes.
There is also nutty, creamy, smoky and then there is of course smell.
Danish cheese is the emperor of smelly cheese, it taste good but can ruin your whole fridge.

Wow, I've never made homemade hot chocolate before!

I told my husband to go buy hot chocolate at the store.
(so that I could give it to my family for Christmas)

Shopping List: Hot chocolate. $1

He comes back with this: $4

So you were very disappointed in him?

Fulkth 12-27-2015 05:52 AM

It wasn't what I was expecting, but I got over it.

It's not like he can read my mind.

Monorea 12-27-2015 05:58 AM

I wonder how the world would be if we could read each others minds?

Fulkth 12-27-2015 06:55 AM

It would be nice if you could send others mental pictures of what you are thinking. But only if the other person wants them. xD
