+number generally denotes some sort of upgrade or enchantment on an item in an RPG, so Spiked Mace +3 implies that this is a super-powered version of a normal spiked mace.

The odds don't change based on the day they are all percentage based so you have the same odds every time you open one. I opened 5 and got one of each item but some people open 5 and get all the same item.

I'd love to have the spiked set and the spider web set but I just opened my first one and got the Unhappy Camper.
