Sylvan and I tried doing a "Online gaming losers meet in RL" kinda deal but we ended up losing interest and doing something different. I still like the premise but not sure how to go about it without it getting boring again.

it essentially was the only MMO we both knew so yeah lol. But we got bored of the posts cus it got as boring as grinding for mobs, so we went another route. Though I wouldn't mind RPing with another person though. I like that Tris is friendly but waiting for posts sometimes is a pain in the patookie.

One of my favorite roleplays I ever did involved an old school version of this where our characters wrote long flowery letters back and forth. They would sometimes take weeks to get the answers. It was oddly satisfying.
Of course I am a monster and had my character die of tuberculosis before the two of them ever got to meet. |
