I wouldn't mind an egg as long as it's not a rotten one!
No, wait... I could use the rotten eggs to throw at those who defy me. Bring on the eggs!

...and now I wanna make jok and have it with preserved duck eggs... but I'm broke, and the store where I can get the eggs at is too far away, and closed for the night. :/

I certainly don't want a rotten egg! :O

Tam I am 04-27-2018 01:04 AM

So what kind of egg is it? What flavour of preserved duck egg?

Isis 04-27-2018 01:09 AM

I could use an egg! I hatched 7 chicken eggs irl recently (well, the chicken hatched them, but I helped by not taking them away from her to eat).

Nom! Wait, you need that. BLARP.

I'm so immature. That cracks me up.

Do you have pictures of the chicks?

I have this blurry photo from like a month ago, so it doesn't show their adult feathers they've grown. The large black silkie is their mother, the babies are all... mostly silkie. Their lineage isn't quite 100%. One of them now has smooth banded feathers.

I have less blurry photos, but they're all photobombed by my naked neck hen and her weird neck.

Tam I am 04-27-2018 01:33 AM

Adorable fluffies! And naked neck chooks are hideously adorable.

Yes, I'm a chicken lover. I've hand raised a lot of fluffs when I was a kid.

Den 04-27-2018 01:33 AM

Chooks! <3 *thinks the floofs are cute*

As for the flavor of the preserved eggs... I didn't know they came in different flavors.

Tam I am 04-27-2018 01:35 AM

Well, there's the thousand year old eggs, and the salted ones, and there's no telling if you used a method usually used for chook eggs on a duck egg, so I had to ask. :D

Den 04-27-2018 01:36 AM

Oooh. The kind I get at the Asian Market is the type preserved with lye... so similar to the thousand year eggs? *shrug* I wanna try Iron Eggs someday. I've had tea eggs before, and they are nom.

Tam I am 04-27-2018 01:38 AM

So those are the stinky ones, right? OH right! They're the ones you eat with jok! And I just remembered what that is! *happily breaks my egg open and waves it under Weird's nose* *gets socked again*

Den 04-27-2018 01:41 AM

Yup. The kind you eat with jok. I can make the jok, but I don't have the egg to go with it.

Tam I am 04-27-2018 01:43 AM

*around mouthful of egg* How about garlic?

dirkydoodle 04-27-2018 01:52 AM
