The item is called Chow Time and it also lets you be a bowl of ramen should you ever grow tired of hotdoggity. It came as one possible thing you could get from Eclipse Anka Egg. Since that egg was available in autumn 2017, your best bet is the merchant square forum. There might be users who will part with theirs.
