Death Note is one of the few animes I actually like!

The manga is very expensive! I had the whole thing once, but sold it to pay for my expensive doll hobby. Cx

I read the book, yes! O= It was very different. I really liked the BB case book.

okay this is going to sound really dumb but I'll tell you how I got into the series anyway ^^;

I play on a private server of perfect world called Senlyn. the very first faction I ever went into was called Deathnote, at that point I didn't know it was an anime/manga until I asked why they chose the name.

Once I found it out I looked up on it and noticed it had live action movies so my fiance and I freed up a day to watch the movies... How better to get the basic storyline =3 but now I am slowly moving my way through the anime.

I must admit Light is my favorite char, it's how he starts off as the no body but but the end suffers from God's Personality Disorder (Yes it is a real disorder)

I had no idea it was a real disorder! O= That is very interesting!

I've never met anyone who watched the movies first, how cool!

the storyline is one of these that does pull you in... it's awesome.

I have read all the manga, watched every anime episode, read L change the world, and watched Death note 1 and 2... o3o

haven't read the manga yet... working through the anime... movies are kick ass

I dont own the manga. My best friend does. She let me borrow a volume after she read it and it went from there. XD After she got done reading a colume, she let me read it.
I also borrowed the movies from her...
and the book... I borrowed it from another friend of mine... XD

any twists to look forward to?

oh well if I told you now you'd know about it. I don't like to spoil the anime. XD I suggest you watch it through.
