Well, currently my brain is kinda stuck on the paper that I'm writing and it's about a textile mill town in my home county...sooooo...yeah...

A textile mill?
What happened to it or is it a basic research paper?

It's just about how the mill affected the town, its history, and it's people...

Nothing really interesting, unless you count that the KKK in the town only went after wife beaters and husbands who drank away the milk money...and that tended to actually be the White community...so yeah, they only went after one African-American man, and that was because he was a wife beater...But he was also the bootlegger for one of the KKK members and he warned the man ahead of time so he was able to avoid the KKK...

And that actually sounds kinda awesome. I always assumed that the KKK were well, what history made them out to be. The fact that they actually started out XD being a group that defended against wife beaters kind amuses me.

They didn't start out that way, they really did start as an anti-African-American group...But some spawned off and decided to do something about things that actually mattered.

The comedy of it is that they fell apart because one of the newer leaders wanted to go after bootleggers...and that don't fly with Southern Country Folk...LOLS!

Oh crap, I never thought anything interesting happened in NC except that were the straggler state to secede from the Union. WOWS!!! Hyjin is from Wake County!!! And we both go to Western Carolina University! BTW, the town is Cooleemee (Unique enough name that you might recognize it) although I live in Mocksville...lols...

O.O really, also I have friends that go to WCU. I am not sure if you guys are freshmen or not but I think they are Juniors now? XD I will have to map it. I only know of a few cities surrounding where I live though I am sure I drove through it. I live in Charlotte. There are a few others from NC too like I think Jurjio lives in Raleigh.

I'm actually a 5th year student, and he'll be a sophomore...I almost wanna ask who your friends are, because I've got friends from Charlotte...

I love any kind but no matter where I go roleplays never get done anymore. No one ever replies but a once a week. So I haven't had one in forever. :P
