Possession is nine-tenths of the law. And you should tell him that he should buy from a store and not someone he knows. People cannot be trusted. I know that because one of my friends stole over 800 dollars worth of my shit.
Before I figured out who it was. Then I ditched him. Though it isn't really his fault. Did he tell the cops who he bought the laptop from? They could possibly get his money and he could give them the laptop and no one loses except the people stealing. |

it wouldn't be right for him to get charged, and if he has a receipt from wherever he bought it from, definitely use that in his defense. Always keep receipts when you buy expensive things. |
