Batty 12-15-2012 07:09 PM

I'm terrified to search it. xD;

Coda 12-15-2012 07:33 PM

They're just cookies with chocolate icing on one side.

Arikana 12-15-2012 07:34 PM

Those sound intriguing. What kind of chocolate is used for the icing, dark or milk? :o

Ultima 12-15-2012 07:54 PM

Quote:

Jaffa Cakes are circular, 2 1/2 inches (64 mm) in diameter and have three layers: a sponge base, a layer of orange flavoured jelly and a coating of chocolate. Jaffa Cakes are also available as bars or in small packs. The original Jaffa Cakes come in packs of 12, 24 or 36.

Jaffa Cakes are consumed primarily in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Although Jaffa Cakes are usually orange flavour, limited edition flavours have been available, such as lemon-lime, strawberry, and blackcurrant.

Arikana 12-15-2012 08:30 PM

That still doesn't say whether the chocolate coating consists of dark or milk chocolate. >.> Ergo, I shall assume milk and continue to have no interest in it as I do not consume milk chocolate anymore. P:

Belial 12-15-2012 08:35 PM

Sorry for the late response, It's dark chocolate.

They are considering milk chocolate but I don't think they are making that yet.

Arikana 12-15-2012 08:42 PM

Oh, damn. Seriously? Okay, now I want to try one. >.> I absolutely LOVE dark chocolate, plus, the higher percentage of cacao, the more I love it. <3

Belial 12-15-2012 08:43 PM

I'm not a fan of milk chocolate either, too sweet.

Arikana 12-15-2012 08:45 PM

I know, right? I love the mildly sweet with a hint of bitterness of dark chocolate. <3
And I absolutely abhor white chocolate, which isn't even chocolate but just a mixture consisting mostly of milk. >.>

Belial 12-15-2012 08:49 PM

My son loves white chocolate, I can't understand why. It's not ever real chocolate and has none of the antioxidants that real chocolate does.

I had a 91% bar once, it dried out my mouth something awful but it was so delicious. Roasted Cacao beans are also very good.

Arikana 12-15-2012 08:55 PM

Yeah, I will never understand how anyone like white chocolate. That stuff is disgusting and ridiculously sweet. :/

I think the highest percentage of cacao, in dark chocolate, that I've ever eaten was ninety percent? I don't really remember since I tend to eat quite a bit of dark chocolate. <3 Though it's never dried my mouth before. o.o

Okay, now I want to try some roasted cacao beans. X3

Poggio 12-16-2012 11:25 PM

xD I guess I am strange I like to eat dark chocolate bakers choclate, the bitter stuff <3 <3. I also like white chocolate but dislike milk chocolate and fudge.

Arikana 12-16-2012 11:28 PM

Yeah, you are strange to like both dark and white chocolate. Most people I know only like one or the other. Not both. XP

How come two of the recolors of the Lunae's Blessing don't go with the Lunae's Companion (and/or bundle) colors? The colors from the Anka Acolyte match up with the other Anka items, so why wouldn't the new Lunae-related item be colored similar to the other Lunae items?

Fenris 12-17-2012 09:20 PM

I think that's because we only slightly follow old characters colors. It's like Fenrir's side colors changed on her new set except for the hairs. It's also not something Lunae is going to be wearing, but merely a blessing from her. Where as the anka item was directly honoring the anka itself, including a new tail piece and multiple feathers.

Fauxreal 12-23-2012 06:40 PM

Glorious! Which do I hope for first?

Arikana 12-23-2012 06:42 PM

Any of them, Faux? They're all awesome! :P

_Hanzo_ 12-24-2012 04:07 PM

Love the items!

Zach 12-26-2012 12:45 AM

Wow those items are well done!

Illusion 12-31-2012 12:45 AM

When can we expect the new Yearlies? I've been wondering because it's almost new years day :3

Coda 12-31-2012 01:24 AM

As is under discussion in this thread, Fen's been sick and she's working to get them out ASAP.

Dorian Pavus 12-31-2012 02:48 PM

hmmm, I like the stitched stuff. : D

Kent 01-02-2013 02:00 AM

Debating spending runes on these... All I want is Lunae's Blessing. o 3o

Arikana 01-02-2013 02:10 AM

You don't need to spend runes on them just yet. They'll be Archaic Antiquities till February 15th, so you have time. :3

Kent 01-02-2013 02:13 AM

Actually, I have 20 runes left over from a long time ago, so... XD
I just don't know if I want to spend it on these, the DIs, or future DIs.

Arikana 01-02-2013 02:17 AM

I'd rather save them for the new yearlies. ;3 But those will cost 50 runes, so you'd have to look for more to get one. >w>;;

Kent 01-02-2013 02:21 AM

I forget now... Am I able to put on multiple poses of a yearly or only just one?

EDIT: Nevermind, I guess just one pose. Same for every donation item, huh?
